      I'm with you there. Modelling has been a great way for me to pass those huge amounts of free time associated with being a single parent. Ha! Seriously, a hobby that you do at home and can drop at a moment's notice to attend to the kids was a mindsaver over the years. The boys each had a go but didn't catch the bug. However, they do like to help me out when they can with ideas and appreciation, (and lately their photography), good kids.

      I also found a local club which helped me feel more connected to the community, if you know what I mean. I find modellers to be friendly and welcoming people in general.

      Thanks for sharing. What's your taste in plastic, aircraft or the other stuff?
