We do not qualify for an offer due to lack of points.
Points required for a four bedroom property is in excess of 100 points.
Board decides to dismis appeal based on the fact that we do not have enough points and therefore we have not yet reached the stage for suspension.
16 days later, Housing makes an offer and consequently we are then suspended.
