Since I was smart enough to know that website wasn't worth wasting my time looking at.....

The only thing I have to add to this thread is this:
A Western PA Hall of Fame sounds so penny anty that only a small fraction of the indy fans in area will actually care enough to show up, even it is handled properly.
In my mind I'm picturing a HOF ceramony @ a thrid rate banquett hall with more wrestlers, friends & family there then actual fans, bringing the total attendance to a whopping 85 people. I'm seeing a piss poor slide show & long, rambling speeches that even friends & family can't bare to sit through for more then an hour or so. I'm picturing the inductees having to pay for their second rate plaques and even their meal because their weren't enough people willing to pay into covering the costs. I'm seeing a few old timers selling some merch to the (maybe) tweenty actual fans that do pay the cash to gain entry to the gala.
Ooohhh and I simply can't forget the bickering, moaning and axe gringing about long forgotten drama to all but a handfull of people.
For some reason I see Marcus P. Calling Kazoo from the hidey hole in his head to fly him the hell out of there on his spaceship.*
Maybe I'm just being cynical, but thats what I think of when I inagen a Western PA Hall of Fame. Sadly, I'm not being funny, thats what I see. I think if Professionals were running things and investing quite a bit of money in order to properly honor the vets that broke their bodies dating back to the territory days with a few select indy names inducted decades from now then, possibilly things would work out differently. However I just don't see anyone popping up and doing that when their would be so few rewards in it for them.
* If you that referance went over your head don't worry about it.
