Second, please indicate where I said he was wrong. I never included those words. I presented my side of the argument. Hell, in one post I even said "but, that's my opinion. I might be wrong"
Third, I've owned (not rented, owned) my own place for 13 years, but nice try on the basement thing.
Fourth, it's clear your boys that you like can do no wrong, so this discussion has gotten a little stale.
