I agree with what you said. I had talked with Davey before and he was extremely nice and respectful. He worked a friend of mine and the promoter wanted them to do a spot that Davey deemed was too dangerous. He wanted to protect the other wrestler. Now that Davey doesn't seem to have the passion for wrestling anymore he's going to act like a dick and get himself blackballed.
If you watch the video from the Kozina match every time the kid has Kozina in a submission Kozina looks like he can break the hold anytime he wants. He really buried the kid. If you haven't seen it I can post Kyle's response to this whole thing but I will warn you it makes him look even more retarded then he is now
