It's pretty clear Norm doesn't have as much voice backstage as a lot of people think he does. The IWC of 2002 with Norm would never have let this fake blood brood/kane stuff happen. He would have shot that down as a stupid idea from the get go. And the booking of Jim Nutter as a slap in the face to RWA is a Chuck thing too. Norm never cared what PWX or anyone else did when IWC was peaking, because IWC was the best place to be and he knew that. Chuck doesn't like Feelbad for continuing to use Gory under a hood for a long time in RWA and him postering around IWCs building.
