According to sources within the NWA, Cameron County (TX) Judge Arturo McDonald has not been as willing to sign off on the agreement reached by the NWA, its board and its members. Judge McDonald will reportedly not give his approval for the agreement until questions have been answered about unpaid bills owed by the NWA and as to whether or not the NWA members were manipulated into approving the new arrangement with R. Bruce Tharpe. As an aside, shares in the NWA owned by Jim Miller, David Slim Baucom (who was named Executive Director after Robert Trobich stepped down) and Dave Teixeira were reduced to zero.
