first of all, everyone in the wrestling business is a mark. plain and simple. if it weren't for being a mark no one would be in the business in the first place, and wrestling wouldn't be fun. think about it. how does one become interested in wrestling? chances are... they saw it on tv. MARK. how does one become interested in becoming a professional wrestler? they are inspired by other wrestlers. being "inspired" by other wrestlers is just another way of saying they MARKED out. and to a "mark", seeing pictures of promotors and/or workers with other workers that are names doesnt take away credibility. to the casual fan, that would make those wrestlers and promoters look MORE important. it would probably make them think " if i go to that show theres a chance i might see them there" its just another way of putting asses in the seats. those pictures most likely arent up on myspace to impress the workers. they are there to impress the FANS.
