Due to recent changes in the regulatory commission Black Diamond Wrestling is now officially licensed by the Ohio Athletic Commission. Owner Rikk Diamond is proud to make this announcement and is exploring options for increased growth with BDW. In a small market area such as the Ohio Valley BDW has remained the leader of independent wrestling events. Now under the regulation of the Ohio Athletic Commission BDW is poised to extend to untapped areas and prove why they have been so successful for over 6 years.

Brock Lesner is really bad shape

UFC heavyweight champion Brock Lesnar is seriously ill in hospital after collapsing in Canada, UFC president Dana White said Saturday.

"He's in rough shape, he's in really bad shape," White said Saturday after UFC 105.

"He is not well and he is not getting any better. . . . He's very, very sick and he's going to be out for a while. He's got a lot of problems."

Citing mononucleosis, the 32-year-old Lesnar was forced to postpone a title fight against Shane Carwin scheduled for UFC 106 on Nov. 21 in Las Vegas. The fight was pushed back to UFC 108 on Jan. 2, but that too has been postponed.

"He's got mono and he's got something else wrong with him. I know what's wrong with him, he just doesn't want me talking about it," White said.

"He doesn't have cancer or AIDS or anything like this, (but) he's got some problems, man."

White said Lesnar was currently in a hospital in North Dakota. The six-foot-three, 265-pounder owns property in Canada, White added.

"He dropped up there and had to go to hospital," White said.

He said Lesnar may have to go to the Mayo Clinic or another top hospital "to figure out what's wrong with this guy."

"He's not going to be getting well any time soon," White said.

I wanted to add my two cents to this discussion of pieces of shit on the indy scene. Please see below:

1.) Boomer Payne - Used to babysit Jim Miller's kids and kiss major ass for his "spot" on Jim's roster.

2.) Bubba - Had complete control of the book and put himself over Shane Douglas and Samu in one night...'nuff said.

3.) Norm Connors - Biggest piece of lying shit that I've ever had the displeasure of seeing/working with.

4.) Sal Conte- Another liar and bullshit artist...promised "x" amount of money that was never available.

5.) Super Hentai - Little midget wrestler who also thought that he was going somewhere...still working in high school gyms...ha ha!

And it has nothing to do with thinking about you. It's simply calling bullshit on your, as this post said, attitude and ego. But, as the post says, you're too far up your own ass to see that. Dude, you're a snake's ride-a-long. If you lost the snake, you'd lose half your bookings and 95% of your supposed personal apperances. You're so into youself, I'm not even sure you realize that.

If you have seen me work up close, why not tell me that then if this is so true? Last time I checked, the heel is supposed to call the match and the spots not the baby face. Speaking of calling spots though, I hate calling them in the back to begin with. I firmly believe that the only thing that should be called in the back is the finish nothing more nothing less.

The heel traditionally calls the match and sets the pace of the match, it has always been that way. But none the less, just because I don't call the spots doesn't mean I don't know how to do it. Personally I am always going to be agianst calling the spots before the match anyway. When you do that it looks like coreograpghed bullshit. Either way, I'm sure guys like Logan and TJ would have loved it had I told them what they were going to do. LOL

I think that would be so easy to implement giving the thousands upon thousands of fans that nightly support indies. Hell most crowds are above 5,000 each night. They have to have money to burn, so should be able to put together drug testing no problem.

LOL to above poster. Sarcasm doesnt translate well to the net but if it did wow I litterally laughed out loud at that one.


The reason why its not really possible is 90% of indy feds are small and just that, "INDY-pendent". They are often run by either an X wrestler or a wrestler still on the roster and as such have limited funds and such. The biggest thing however is most indy feds function as a contractor for wrestlers, most of the time they are not under contract and are simply "purchased" for the nights event. It would be impossible to enforce even if they tried it because these guys dont have any obligation to the feds they work for. (Most of the time)

All the promoters I work for do drug testing. They always have me pee in a cup while they watch with a big grin on their face, so I don't try to cheat the test I guess. Then they have one of their retarded inbred children jerk me off into a cup for the state required sperm count test. They send it to a place in PA called D. Stecker Laboratories for the tasting ... I mean testing.

Actually, the only thing I'd disagree with is calling the guys yarders. They are mostly well known and professional. That being said, he does have a lot of similar cards, his name is spelled wrong on his own company's poster, and they do constantly overhype their shows.

Not jealous, just factual. Maybe they (or you, anonymous) should take a little criticism.

Ohio Championship Wrestling returned to Zanesville with one tremendous event! The fans of OCW were treated to another night of awesome action! Heres what went down:

The show began with The Heatseekers & James Avery interrupting John Orlando to claim that the War Games match wouldnt take place. This caused Joe Joe Little, Aaron Williams & Big Guns Jeff Cannon to rush the ring & attack the three evildoers.

OCW Senior Official Keith Smith stated that Kaden Assad would face Big Guns Jeff Cannon to determine which team had control of the order of entry for War Games. In this impromptu match, Assad found victory over Cannon.

The Filthy Animal Mike Dodge downed Relentless Ron Mathis.

Sherman Tank & Eric Smalls beat Jason Dragon & Onyx.

Genuine Jock Samson (w/ J. Raymond Huntley) defeated Joey Vengeance.

Brian Bender came out to state that tag team partner, Ernie Balls, suffered a broken ankle & would be out of action indefinitely. Therefore, the OCW Tag Team titles would be held up. Bender claimed he would find a partner & win the belts later in the night, beating the Hi-Def Supernovas.

After intermission, Brian Bender & Benjamin Boone wrestled the Hi-Def Supernovas to a No Contest decision. The OCW Tag Team Titles are still vacant.

In a hard hitting contest, Brian Beech beat Dusty Dillinger.

Joe Joe Little, Aaron Williams & Big Guns Jeff Cannon defeated The Heatseekers & James Avery in War Games.

OCW would like to thank all of the fans who came out to show their support throughout 2009. OCW will return to action in January 2010 in Newark with its annual event, Stairway to Stardom!

Me and Brian stay in touch via snale male. He is doing as well as can be expected. He is in jail without his freedom and ariund hardened criminals, so it has to be tough.

He is trying to find someone that can see there was some loop[holes in the way he was convicted. He also tells me he may be able to plead his case on some national TV shows. He is really trying to get a new tryal I guess.

Anyways, obviously, he is in a tough spot. I know he would love to hear from any of his wrestling buds. If anyone is interested I would be glad to hook U up with his contact info.

Firestorm Pro in partnership with Filthy Hands Co. are proud to bring you REIGN OF FIRE 2009 on Thanksgiving Eve, November 25th at The Phantasy Theater. This show is a united music and professional wrestling super show. This show is going to feature one of the premier metal bands around, (216), and all of the exciting stars of Firestorm Pro. November 25th is a night promising to be full of heavy metal and heavy hitting action!!

Doors open at 7:00 PM and the action is scheduled to begin shortly after 7:30. Tickets for this super show are only $12 and are moving fast!!

On the music side of the bill the night will be headlined by (216) who literally needs no further introduction. Playing main support will be the returning Dead Even and the up and coming Feargrinder. There are going to be some other fantastic local bands playing that night as well. These young bands are making big noises locally and are going to go all out to put on a great show.

Despite that, JOHN McCHESNEY has seemingly done everything in his power to get ROWE to be looking for blood when they cross swords at REIGN OF FIRE on November 25th. At War Games, McCHESNEY shoved ROWEs fiancée SAMANTHA ANNE face first into a steel cage and then forced a kiss on her!! Then last month at Dead Man Walking McCHESNEY smashed ROWE over the head with a steel chair and when SAMANTHA dove on top of her fallen man to protect him McCHESNEY humiliated her and made her beg him to stop the assault. ROWE has been a man possessed with pre-match training and has been letting anyone know who would listen that on the 25th he is looking to hurt McCHESNEY. Bad. In a position that no one would envy McCHESNEY, instead of being worried about the impending pain he has brought upon himself, appears to be the cat who swallowed the canary. He said he knows something that no one else does, and he will be making the announcement very soon! PIV's Aeropostale Mail: Much Ado About Big Apples

Well, well, well.... Look at where I decided to place this installment of my award-winning web column.. I mean, since RWA's website is indeed down for the time being, I figured why NOT bring my beautiful words & grandeur to the very core of the Pittsburgh/West Vir(by gawd)ginia indy wrestling region??

For those of you who decided to talk rather than watch the RWA's last showcase in funky, dunky West Fig Newton, the Big Apple LLC of Rikk Evans and Michael McMoney prevailed in an odds-defying Elimination Tag match against the Bloodline's Wraith, Johnny Demonic, and Lantlas Anduril. 2-on-3 and we still won, you ask?? ONLY possible to the man who calls A-Rod on speed dial and texts Bernie Madeoff from his jail cell!!

None of you, absolutely no one saw little Lantlas giving in to the inevitable, taking the fall for New York and evening the odds up for the completely fair and balanced final decision of the match. The referee saw it, I saw it, even Church saw with his Catholic eyes... Wraith had a chair in his hand and McMoney was on the mat! Geez, Bloodline, if you have to cheat to beat the Big Apple, at least do it in a more cunning manner! Believe me, word is on the web Wraith and Demonic were SOOO embarrassed by their elven betrayal and spoil-sport loss, that they have decided to head onto greener pastures and depart the RWA. I'm sure that on December 5 in West Fetty Newton, they may provide their total of 4 fans an explanation and a fond, frivolous farewell... Yeah, we'll see how that goes over... *cougholdcough, coughtiredcough*

It's not like those two get out of my hair that easily, anyway. Down in Wild & Wonderful (sounds like a surprising whore) West Virginia, the Foreign Exchange reigns over RPW. My warden of Wall St, Michael McMoney, bought so much of that company, they had to make him the General Manager. From there, seeking my excellent managerial skills, he brought together a fine collection of internationally based personalities to wreak a little havoc in the Nutsack State (seriously, it looks like a scrotum, folks). If any of you faithful readers happen to be around Rowlesburg, Fairmont, or Buckhannon, stick your neck out to see if an RPW show is flowing your way. My melting pot of mayhem may have a different name, but the beautiful flavor is still there.. with a dash of Irish Creme!

Speaking of international, how about Rikk Evans and his awesome Canadian National Championship?? At the last RPW show, he successfully retained that belt against some Bloodline guy whose name I forgot (wink), and THEN...and then he survived losing it to Johnny Switchblade or "Date Rape" Donovan Tate at the inaugural MVP show... on the next day, mind you! I have honestly never had such a shining talent under my wing before in my entire career! The Canadian Heartthrob is going places and more of you should keep your goddamned eyes on him. Talente au natural!! Only the gorgeous country of Canada could produce a human equivalent of itself to grace us piss-poor Americans in the southwestern PA area! He even has the Canadian Idol singing his theme song! Simon Crowell, oh behave!!

Finally... and this is some news that is just incredibly frightening and exciting at the same time... Jay Miller blew up my cell a couple of weeks ago.. y'know, remember him? Yeah, he didn't exactly like Big Apple's losing streak in the RWA, but that's allll water under the bridge now! He heard that some promotion in Cincinatti, OH was looking for some young fresh hungry talent, and he couldn't resist letting moi in on the action with him! You may have heard of this fed, too....2XFW, led by ECW original New Jack as the promoter! If that's not crazy enough, Jack saw the tapes of Big Apple from shows in both New York and Pennsylvania... and decided to place them as the main attraction on his first show!

Of course, some positively charged idiots caught word of this fantastic executive decision and instantly called up New Jack to be signed as the Big Apple, LLC's opponents in this main event match.......the TV Casualties of Tommy Horror and the aforementioned Johnny Switchblade! Now I understand and so do a good bit of you IMB folks.. the Casualties do have something in their spirits.. a fire, if you will. I'd dare say they have a similar desire to rise up as myself and my boys. So to those two pieces of PA trash, I say this - bring it on, boys! Let's go into Cincinatti and show the original gangsta (he ain't from Harlem, is he? I woulda known by now) just how we rock the house together. Just to let you know, though, don't be surprised if you're counting the lights once again, thanks to superior talent!

I did mention that this 2XFW thing may be scary, too.... Well, the TV Casualties have a partner too....and his name is the Necro Butcher. Nuff said, I believe.

Best in my book is Pee Wee Sherman. Never blows spots and always knows where to be. Stick Keller is very good as well.

Sherm and Keller are great, as is Henry Higgins. Tiny Tim is a good kid and is a decent ref, but needs to stop having his family at every show putting him over in every match, even ones he doesn't ref. Kinda sad when a ref is on a poster for a show to get it over.

Drew Taylor is great too. Refs a lot of good promotions all over.

PeeWee Sherman is definately the best ref in WV and probably the tristate. Stick keller is really good, as is Drew Taylor. Tiny Tim is a decent ref, but needs to remember that people aren't there to watch the ref.

You name the same people John Reuben and Pee-Wee Sherman but you are right fans are there to see the wrestlers not the refs
I would say some of those refs were good but Stick Keller is good as well but some refs that I have not seen get credit on here are Ref Mikey from H-Town he is pretty awsome Lonnie Smith from St. Albans and Ward Wilson was a good one as well(RIP) them were just some of my picks.

Hands down, the best ref in WV is none other than "Mr. Main Event" Lonnie Smith. This guy is the whole Ref'n Show. If it weren't for Mr. Smith, I would have never been a ref. I owe everything to this guy. I've learned so much from him. He is full of charisma. Thank you Lonnie. Thank you for teaching me.

Ok, on a serious note. I don't really consider Lonnie the best ref in WV. He has too big of an ego. He honestly believes that everyone coming to the XMCW shows are coming to see him. Not guys like Chance Prophet, Kris King, Allen Lynch, Shane Storm, etc. He just wants a reaction from the crowd. He's been doing this longer than I have and needs to realize that he's just a ref and no one is coming to see him. And for God's sake, quit crying when you don't get to ref the main event. It's just a match. Who cares? It's NOT about YOU!

Onto those who matter. In my opinion, I think Ward Wilson (RIP) was one of the better refs in the state. Eric Foster and Mikey are good also. It's hard to pick just one. I've heard Stick Keller is good also, but I don't think I've ever been on a show with him. This is just my two cents.

Thank you Monty for your words of wisdom and I am glad after 5 years you still love to talk negative about me. I have nothing but respect for you and your best friend and I have respect for every worker that I have ever worked with and I have always thanked every person whose match I have ever worked and I have even gave you respect as well as your friend. I have not spoke out my feelings for quite some time or ever came onto messsage boards and bashed you nor your best friend(and that person knows who he is). As far as thinking people are there to see me in XMCW I don't think that one bit I know the people are there to see Chance, Kris, Allen and even Team Gay those guys are all awesome as well as everyone in our locker room. As far as me refing the main events that is Allen's decision not mine because he says he enjoys my refing technique and because I am always there for him and XMCW. I always give 110% when I am in the ring. I do apologize that I do not have the time nor money to go and work in every town/fed that runs in WV, KY, TN or any other state, as I do have a shoot job and I have a wife and daughter that I have to take care of.

Now I know some will come on here and bash XMCW and say who cares and with that all I can say is if you haven't been to a XMCW show in a while I can tell you everyone who comes out and watches has a very fun time. So we can save that mumbo jumbo bull-shit

Now I do not think I am the best ref in wv but I do not feel I am the worst. Stick Keller in my opinion is one of the best that I have ever watched, I also give props to JR Johnson the man that trained me and helped teach me to give respect to everyone no matter what. I have also had the chance to watch Ward Wilson(RIP)and he gave me pointers. Now that is my two cents.

Monty and Lonnie both suck balls. Ward was cool as heck and he did do a good job reffing, just not the whole show. He got blown up after two consecutive matches the poor guy. I will give Lonnie and Monty their due, they are better than Ernie, Paul, Chester, or any other host of shit refs.

No Susan, Lonnie has nothing to do with why I don't ref much in XMCW anymore. Lonnie, you can say you don't try to be a focal point of a match, but that's not true. I remember you going to a certain promoter and bitching because I was going to ref a main event that had some screwjob finish (Wes Lynch vs Cannon)because you wanted to get heat from the crowd. Like I said, if I don't get to ref the main event, I don't go whine about it. It's just a match. But of course, you got your way. Why do you want to get heat from the crowd? You're a fucking ref. That's not your job. You get in there. Count to 3. That's it. I respect every other ref I've worked with regardless how good they are, except for you. You're constant bitching and cry are ground for a loss of respect sir. Maybe, JUST maybe, if you quit that bullshit, I MIGHT show a little respect for you.

I get chanted at quite a good little bit during the shows, but I only acknowledge the fans every once in a while and only when I come out to the ring. I have had many instances where I have came in and had specific workers ask me if I will be the ref for their match. I enjoy working with everybody in the locker room. I made a stink about that incident you are talking about because I am there every show period working my ass off and I don't just throw on a ref shirt every 4 months and walk in expecting to get whatever I want. I do feel people who are there every show should have dibbs on that stuff, that is also a thing as far as my real shoot job and that is why I have a grievance going right now because of people just wanting to do whatever. The night of the incident Allen told me to allow you to do that and I just said whatever and it was Wes that called me in the ring to do that spot. I was expecting him to call you to do that. Every since then I have always went with what Allen tells me and done what he has says and he tells me to call the Main Events. Like I say I respect you and everybody that comes into this business and works their ass off no matter what fed it is. If you don't respect me what the fuck ever man just don't look at me nor talk to me and surely don't let me keep you from being a part of any wrestling fed you have your right to work wherever. Now I am done with this.

Once again this is for the best refs in WV and like I say I do not feel I am the best but I do not feel I am the worst. Everybody has their right to an opinion. Thank you and good night.

HAHA yea, they will never get anywhere with attitudes like theirs! Hell, they don't even pay their dues. How long have they been in the business? I saw them knock over a baby at XMCW tonight and then yell at a kid who was trying to take up for the baby. I think it was the photographer's baby. You can try to talk to those guys, but they just look at you like you are stupid. That's not the way to act, especially to someone who has been around the business longer then they have. Get an attitude ajustment guys because I think you could go alot further if you change your attitude.

Team GAY- great gimmick, very consistent. Can work anyone and always give a good match no matter who they face. Storm also an exzcellent singles wrestler.

Deathstars- super heels, mean as hell but very charismatic, way over with the heel marks

Adrenaline X- young, athletic, tough. Can hang with the big boys. Their cage match with the Deathstars was as brutal as anything I've ever seen. And they won.

Murder Junkies- a couple convincing brawlers. Good size on both, looks like they work stiff which helps further sell their gimmick.

Murder City Devils- like the contrast in styles between Cash and Cross, and they can work both face and heel. Like to see them in better gear.

You guys are way off on some of those. I've seen TJ & Kincaid. Those kids have some potential. But right now it's all moves with no emoting. Okay you just took a diving knee to the face that looked sick. What do you do? If you answer lay there and catch your breath, waiting for the next sweet spot you're wrong. Just my take. You gotta sell. You gotta do more than just lay there dead with no facial reaction for me to consider it selling too.

I'm not gonna rank them in an order but the five best guys I think have the whole package down (moves, selling, and believability) in WV are:

Chance Prophet
Trik Nasty
Vance Desmond
Zac Vincent
Shiima Xion

And there's a couple others that are close. Darkstorm is up there. Omega is up there. But he really hasn't done much this way in awhile. Same with JD Santos. Mostly all that's holding him back is look / gimmick. But he gets it in the ring. Like I said TJ & Kincaid have all the ability in the world. They feel it out there, but they have to make the fans feel it and they'll be good to go.

Actually I have said, that I will trash myself when my name comes up for shits and giggles. I don't throw my name up, I wait until my name is brought up and then I have fun with it. Personally I love this fucking board. Based on reviews of past threads its about a 50/50 split half love me and the other half hate me.

I don't care if you are putting me over or trashing me, either way you are talking about me. Logic would dictate that if you are talking about me you are thinking about me. Taking simple logic a bit farther if you are thinking about me that means you haven't forgotten about me. Lets see now, if you havent forgotten me then I must be unforgettable. If I am unforgettable I must be doing something right.

Let see what the problem is. I'm not hard to get ahold of. The funny part is the simple fact that not once has anyone called or emailed me when I put the offer on the table. So in all honesty I don't expect anyone to do it this time.

What I love the most about this board is that people are such cowards that they can't just be upfront about anything. Its much easier to hide behind a screen and deny trashing people. After every match I have I ask if everything was ok and if anything needs to be improved on. Not once has any one said yeah, you need to work on this. I had some damn good matches with Brian Logan and he flat out told me that the program he and I worked together was his favorite. (Oh and I have that in writing.)

Either way, continue to talk about me, my ego loves me. As some of the greatest names in this business have said, there is no such thing as bad press. Hell, Triple H recently said that if no one hates you, you must not be good at anything.

Considering I have over 20 unique visitors to my website www.thesnakemandevenmichaels.com each and everyday I'm guessing that the fans love me. If the stats from my site aren't enough the fact that I sell more gimmicks than anyone else I know should prove that the fans at least care enough to give me their hard earned money.

I don't know you much because I have only saw you at a few shows, but I have saw how the fans come up to ya and want picz and buy all kinds of merch. I like your attitude. I also love how you love the fans, and know that they are what's important because without fans, there would no longer be wrestling shows unless you just put the show on for nothing lol. Some wrestlers have forgotten that.
I hate how people talk behind your back but will NEVER say anything to your face. It's stupid. I wish that more people were like us and could sign their name on their opinions. What's the use of stating your opinion if you aren't going to stand behind it?

1. Chance Prophet - the entire package. tells a story and has good techincal ability.

2. Brian Logan - one of the best story tellers out there. not so much technical but better than most.

3. Deven Michaels - great story teller and getting better all the time. not so much technical.

4. Brad Thomas - great worker. sells well and is really good technically. needs to learn to talk better.

Actually, NO. I will not let you talk about my friend like that and not defend him. He was there for me when I needed him. First off, he's a great guy. He will help anyone and not ask anything in return. I was broke down on the side of the road with nobody to help, but I called Allen and he was there in no time....well actually it took a while cuz apparently I gave him the wrong name of the road I was near, but that's not the point. He came to get me, my mom and baby and didn't ask for anything and that was in between 2 of his 3 jobs! 2nd, no in-ring ability? Tell me then why every time he comes to the ring he is cheered? Unless he is heel of course. Tell me why he can walk the top rope like a cat??? Tell me why he can do the 419/304 lol so perfectly? Tell me why he can do all those crazy things he does without getting hurt? I could probably create a slideshow of the pics I have of this in-ring ability you say he doesn't have but that would take a while and I have so much to do. 3rd, his gimmick is AWESOME Allen Lynch. You don't have to be a giant, a bad ass, a hardcore legend or whatever you think his gimmick should be in order for the fans to appreciate you and love to see you wrestle. 4th, When he does his shows he is the ring crew, promoter, and a wrestler. He sets up the ring with a few helpers and tears down the ring with a few helpers. Most people take off after the show and don't bother to help even though without Allen most of them wouldn't be wrestling. I do try to help myself sometimes, but don't always get to. It's kinda hard when you have a lil one. Allen never complains that I know of either. 5th, if he had something to say, he'd at least sign his name to it. Can you say that? OBVIOUSLY NOT!!!!!

you are correct nobody needs a piece of paper from the state to wrestle. and no promoter needs a commission taking a percent of the gate just b/c they are a sports commission. as for taxes, you still need to pay those if you are one of the few that run legit businesses. Most operate at a big lose anyway, so if all of them were to start filing then the people of WV will be paying them for shitty shows in tax returns.

obviously look around with demonic running, hard and shriver running, howerton, 304, etc. if there was a need for licenses and all that nobody would be running or even working lol. now i am not slamming commission or wrestling/promoting licenses yet i don't have the time to explain those are a scam and a half and just a pointless practice.

After that all wrestlers got into the ring and hugged june.


Very emotional Night. Glad to see all the guys who have heat put all of the BS aside For This Special Night.

Heel or face, the reason somebody like Gorman should host something like this is because they have the talent to do so. Gregg does not. He's very unlikeable, in wrestling and in real life. The only thing that was a "shoot" was that he's a shitty talker, a fat slob, and a goddamn nobody who thinks he's a player in the Cleveland entertainment scene.

"well" when I was reading the "first" post, "I" noticed a lot of "guys" had the same "style" or "titles" for their "gimmicks." But then "I" thought that it "may" have been "someone" just fucking around with the "wrestlers." So are those "real" titles, or is "someone" fucking around?

They may help a few characters, but seriously, 9 out of 10 is "The So and So" Johnny Test... "Flippin Frenzy" Jack Beans... "Peelin Out" James Thrasher... It is in no way original. I can come up with a million and one of those shitty ass "monikers." A few are ok... most are just Uniontown Championship Wrestlings finest most creative pieces of shit.

Oh jesus christ, just accept that it's Uniontown. Undisputed is a terrible name anyway and shows no use in pushing a general idea about the fed itself. Here's a few that do in the region:

PWX (Pro Wrestling eXpress) - an express of main talent in the region, one show highlights them all quite well
IWC (International Wrestling Cartel) - constantly bringing in other workers from other regions, even reaching towards Japan, TNA, and even WWE
FNW (Far North Wrestling) - it's the farthest northern fed in the Pittsburgh region. Nuff said?
RWA (Renegade Wrestling Alliance) - the alliance deal is questionable atm but they have a renegade style and feature unknown talents who are breaking through

Undisputed Championship Wrestling means what? No one disputes how shitty the shows are? It's chock full of backyarder talent, and the backyard fed it birthed out of was called Uniontown Championship Wrestling... and it's never left the town AT ALL.. so it keeps its name

Glad you brought up the fact that 2 this point we have not had a show outside of Uniontown, because on March 13th we will make our debut in Markleysburg. And as far as RWA being Renagade as u said it for bringing new people... Umm where the fuck do u think that started? Prodigy, Jimmy Dream, Adam Ugly, Alan Cross, Massive Mike, Rebecca Payne, Ashley Nicely, Doyle Day, Axl FN Rotten... Hello all brought to Uniontown as unknowns. Yea PWX booked Pretty Ugly and Axl once but all way after they came to Uniontown. And Undisputed stands for alot of things, but Im sure you would just shit on the reasons. So fuck off

Worst match ever? Really?

It's just a slow build match for a small easy-to-work crowd. The first five minutes of this match had a lot more psychology than at least 85% of the the indy matches that I've seen. Indy critic is one of the many reasons why the term smart mark is such a laughably ironic oxymoron. Is the match five star quality? No. Does it suck, though? No. Not at all. Solid house show work. Nothing more, nothing less.

I'm stuck in the 70's cuz my daddy watched wrasslin with me. NO ONE believes a reverse chin lock is devastating anymore. NO ONE believes that the side headlock is so painful that it can affect the endurance of the wrestlers. NO ONE wants to see a series of moves end with a shitty, barely get you over my body arm drag. Get with the times. People want shorter, high impact matches with fewer resting holds. But you would disagree with the popularity of Goldberg, Road Warriors, and flippy wrestlers, just because you could never be anything like them ever. Even with your best effort, you couldn't come within 1/4 a match the quality and caliber of ROH or TNA matches. EVER. Most likely, you work for a company(ies) that draw under 100 a show on the reg. Fuck you and your presumptuous self-marked mind. You are an 70s/80s marking out bitch.

Believe it or not, wrestling back in the 80s was great! I loved it when I was a lil girl and I still get excited when I catch the AWA shows on tv. Yes, times have changed and people are used to faster matches that have no reasoning behind them, but truth is, that whoever posted before you knows what they are talking about. I find myself getting bored when there's a slower match but if they are interacting with the crowd, then it's a great match because that's what they are supposed to do. I think I remember this match. I am pretty sure it's the one where my daughter pulled her shirt up to block her little eyes from seeing Eric without his robe. hahaha I like all types of wrestling, but hardcore is my thing, flippy comes next but if I had a choice between that and going back in time to see Hogan vs Andre the Giant, I'd go back in time. People are always in a rush lately and that's how some like to see their matches, but don't down the matches that are real wrestling, back to the basics.

People are accustomed to short matches because that is what they have been fed for the past 10-15 years from TV. The Road Warriors kind of gained their popularity in the 80s, the time you are bashing. You are saying a fucking headlock is not believable but how about a Canadian Destroyer? Or maybe some stupid straight jacket suplex or some other retarded fucking high spot nowadays. Fucking MMA matches have been finished with a side headlock fer chrissakes. The whole idea of flippy wrestlers is stupid. They don't make sense and is totally unbelievable. If wrestlers can do rest holds and interact with the crowd. A lot of these guys that I have seen wrestle here in Cleveland seems to learn their matches and moves but practicing what they see on television and then just doing it in the ring. Everyone needs to learn how to do a headlock and to work on one part of the body. It does not make sense when one minute the guy is kicking his leg then goes to the arm and never goes back to the leg. Is there a promotion out there that does old school wrestling anymore or where someone can train in the old school way.

Lol @ YOU calling ME presumptuous. I didn't even start watching wrestling until the mid-nineties. Also, I actually like the Road Warriors and even Goldberg to a much lesser extent, for what they were. And I love short action-packed TV matches. But you have absolutely no fucking clue about the art of professional wrestling.

There are reasons for using rear chinlocks and headlocks that your underdeveloped man-child mind can't comprehend and I'm not going to explain them to you here, for fear that I'll get called out for serious kayfabe breaking.

ROH and TNA are cool but their best wrestlers are the ones that use psychology and work holds i.e. Bryan Danielson, Kurt Angle, AJ Styles, Nigel McGuinness etc... And none of those guys would wrestle like they do on TV in front of 50-100 people in Westbubblefucky, PA.

BTW, yeah, the AWA footage on ESPN Classics is pretty bad at times. It WAS the company's dying years. But there are a few gems on there every once in a while. I mean, the Rockers and Curt Henning were on there for Chrissakes!

Nobody should ever work in a shirt. If you have to wear a shirt hit the gym. If you have to wear a shirt you better have the gimmick that requires it(and I haven't found that yet). So legit critic you have your opinion, but shirts are highly looked down on by actual wrestlers just so you know. We have heard this before. They were going to run monthly at Saddle Ridge and in Monroeville. Usually after one show, they bomb and never return. Look at New Castle, Kittanning, and every where else they ran this last year. You have to get out and promote your shows. You can't promote shows if you are not out in the towns you plan to run. Fans aren't flocking to shows to see indy talent that most in the new towns have never heard of before.

Dan has actually told us that they try to draw off the town. If a town doesn't do well the first time in, why would he risk losing money on another show? He actually has nice venues and pays his talent well.

FNW sees IWC cancelling multiple shows in a month and PWX doing what PWX always does, so they knew this was the time to make a move if they were going to do it. They have one show a month at a new building and Butler shows. Oh and by the way Cheswick is just as close to if not closer to Pittsburgh than Court Time, so can all the haters be happy the FNW is now IN PITTSBURGH? Fact is this is a great chance for FNW to shine, let's see what they do with it.

Say what you want, but FNW typically pays better than PWX and IWC. They are also the most consistent. Nobody walks out the door without the pay they are suppose to get. Instead of starting a bunch of lies and bullshit, why dont you ask the people who work for them.

They still have a good fan base and put on good shows for their fans. They have been doing Butler with a consitant crowd now for about 5 years. Good business men know how to test the waters before they make a permanent committment on whether or not to continue running a town. Why do you think WWE cancels house shows like they do after scheduling them. Indy promotions do that as well when they think the draw will be bad based on pre-sales. If an Indy promoter doesnt cancel a show or a town when he deems it necessary, then he is not a smart businessman.

The thing I like about FNW is that they dont get involved in all of the petty trash talking about wrestlers and other promotions. Maybe the IWC and PWX guys should try building their promotions and quit tearing down others.

Hell when i got $100 a match i thought i hit it big,esp when i could sell the pics for $5.00 in the ring with the kids.
Most of the time if you do get payed ,its $10-$30 for locals.

But if you where to listen to the boys in the back room none was makeing less than $200(lol)
Hell you could get Morton for $200 a show.

Vargas has held the World Championship for a little over a year now defeating every challenger that he has come across. But after CCW officials and the fans request he must now defend his title in a fans bring the weapons 3 way dance match against Mikey Wrath and "Pretty Hate Machine" Jason Gotti. Mikey Wrath has been in CCW since the very beginning and held just about every title there is to be held in the past 8 years. Wrath is a veteran in the squared circle and at 6'5'' 274lbs this man may very well be your next CCW Champion. "Pretty Hate Machine" Jason Gotti made his return to Classic Championship Wrestling after a year absence at the August show in the scaffold match. Gotti promised to end the reign of Vargas but his plan was foiled by the champ. Now Jason Gotti has told CCW officials that he has waited two long months to get his hands back around the throat of Vargas. When officials contacted Jason Gotti here is what he had to say. "Vargas is a great champion ill give the man his due. But this is the kind of match that suits me well. You see Vargas has not been hungry for a long time. He has become complacent. Vargas might be a good wrestler but you see not only am I a wrestler, but I am also a fighter. I have been fighting my whole life. This is just another obstacle that I will overcome in my life. Vargas has something I want. Vargas has something I have been lusting for my whole career. That is the CCW World Title. I never got the chance here in CCW for a shot for the gold. Money was able to steal a victory away from Cannon in a brutal match that saw J-Money become the new CCW Tradition champion. These men were once best friends now sworn enemies. After a discussion between CCW officials was had. They have decided that due to the way the last match up between John Cannon and J-Money had, they have decided that J-Money must defend his newly won Tradition championship against the former champion, in a Submission match. Rob Noxious has done it all in CCW. A former multiple time World Champion, a former tag champion. This man has a list of accomplishments that run as long as his record. Now Noxious has told CCW officials that he wants a shot at one half of "Violent Desire" in Zanax. Not much is know about Zanax besides he is very mysterious. When CCW's Tony Black tried reaching Zanax for comments on his upcoming match his interpreter and manager J.R. Manitoba had this to say "Zanax don't have anything to say besides come the 21st Rob Noxious will find out just exactly what we mean when we say we are violent by desire!" This match should be interesting to say the least.

Also appearing on the card is. "The Perfect Ten" Jason Havok and Chase Helms, Cobra, J.R. Manitoba, D-Liscious and Lobo Loco "The Dawg Pound", Jasin Karloff and many more CCW superstars.

Good point. However, if you sell ad times to local companies then they will pay for the TV spot and you can make some cash. But on another note, they pride themselves in pushing their DVDs so TV would hender that because why pay for something when you can get it for free. I see it both ways

We are not opposed the being on TV but as a previous poster wrote the deal has to be right for us, it is not something we are concerned with pursuing at this time but if you would like to see AIW on Tv start a petition and contact some stations if the demand from our fans is there it is something we would be interested in.

Here are the two that matter. Jason Cage retained his title in a three way against CJ Sensation and Troy Lords (very good match, very good). Ryan Mitchell beat SJK by DQ when he hooked his finishing move, and Keenan wiggled out and slapped the ref (another very good match, more basic, but more storytelling). SJK=Still champ.

Everything else was awful, and the show was WAY too long.

McMoney and the rest of the people in this match are shit and shouldn't be anywhere near a ring. Maybe setting it up but not as "talent". They're match was WAY to long and it seemed like everything after that was rushed.

Maybe they decided not to listen to what they were given time wise and just did what they wanted. Way to go Feelbad. You're original stars are running around doing what they want while the other people on the show (who are legit and deserve more) are getting shafted and having to cut their times down.

I also don't get why the casualties/empire match was put in the second half when it was the shortest time limit and didn't have any special stipulation. Those two teams could have a GREAT long feud but it seems like RWA (DH & Feelbad) are pushing them to rush they're matches and cut all their stuff short. I wouldn't be surprised if they make them cut their feud either next month or january, which is 1) a terrible length for a feud 2) bad for these two teams being that the casualties seemed to be working really well with the Empire guys (seeing that ones from PWX and ones from FNW) but mostly 3) both of these teams could build a great feud, eventually battle it out over the tag titles and make the tag division better.

Feelbad and DH need to get their heads out of their asses and quit booking shit like the Bloodline/Apple crap, build the Empire/Casualties feud more and learn to make the talent stick to their time limits.

as for the empire guys, why would you want to go from PWX & FNW to RWA? I haven't seen either of them work any where else but if they're supposedly in those two promotion why would you go to RWA? i mean guys like sterling, lerusso, mitchell and other guys work those places and RWA but they do it for the money. The empire guys are new so its not a money thing....must just be stupidity

When you have a ten minute promo at the beginning of a show, then every match after that does a five to ten min promo before or after there match. It is kind of hard not to tell everyone to rush. You may not like The Bloodline and you may not like Big Apple LLC. but we did pop the crowed the whole match. So the way I see it, we did our job. We entertained the crowed!

im just a fan. im not a wrestler or a promoter.but i will tell you the what should have been so obvious as how to fix this problem. if your shows are running way to long that you have t rush every match at every show then YOU HAVE TO MANY MATCHES AND TOO MANY PROMOS! why that wasnt obvious i have no idea. it seemed like common sense to me.

if you need to have a promo after every match then simply scrap 2 matches. then you can have your promos and then the wrestlers can go out and concentrate on actually wrestling, and not have to worry am i going to get bitched at for not rushing my match, and then they can actually have a chance to improve, which in turn will make your company improve.

so untill you do this nobody has any reason to say that rwa doesnt suck, because when you dont do the most obvious thing in the world, well then you do kinda suck.

Yeah sometimes matches go longer than planned but this one had to since Both Demonic and Wraith are no long with RWA as of that night. Besides people like Troy Lords shouldn't be given 20 minutes either just because he used to be someone? Please. I am glad the feud between Big Apple and Bloodline is over. Stryder getting the PA title was okay. I would much rather see him as HWT holder. I don't give a crap about Cherry or his guys. I would like to see Johnny and Tommy feud with Rikk and Lantlus of Big Apple. Just my opinions.

Fat Freddy - a clASS ACT

So over the summer Freddy was working with OCW in Ashland very regularly, then something happened apperantly that he is no longer with them. So what does he do? The next show after one of the most respected men in the business and OCW staple Dark Shadow dies, he runs against them on a night they were saluting him. And to top himself, he advertises his show with an array of OCW talent that were never going to be at his show and were already booked for the OCW show trying to confuse anyone that wasnt familiar with his handywork as to which show those wrestlers would be on. I have been around long enough, thankfully, to know who has the more credibility, so I went to the OCW show. It was a heavyhearted event and they announced a Dark Shadow Tribute show next month. I think they said some of this old wrestling friends and stuff would be there to talke about him and show a video or something. But if ever I doubted the levels Freddy would stoop to, wow..

I'm pretty sure running a show in Kentucky without a license is breaking state law, but I'm sure it goes on, and I'm sure it's not enforced very well.

How are the Indys not growing?

Yes, the current WWE product doesn't inspire people to go out and purchase overpriced tickets for house shows; however, to say that Indys aren't growing is naive and ignorant.

There are more independents than ever. You or I may not appreciate the work rate, but there are plenty of chances for workers to work.

I've noticed that IWC and PWX both have shows on the same day. While they run their shows approximately an hour apart from one another, some fans have to make a choice.

Sure, there are "promoters" out ther who should not be "promoting," but who am I, or you, to ultimately judge? Should some fold? Should some merge? Not in today's ego-driven landscape. For two "lower-level" groups like UCW and RWA to merge? That won't happen. Nor will the self-important IWC or PWX.

The independent circuit is without question, not stagnant. You can go to an event almost every weekend, if you'd like. Many of those shows feature "legends" like Doink and some guy who had a cup of coffee in the old ECW.

The independent scene is as good as it's ever been. Tomorrow it will even be better.

Any indy that draws 100+ a show with no legends on the card are doing something. I dont care who it is. If you have to resort to a legend to draw then your roster is garbage. If you do have a legend and get only a 100 or so then chances are its new people to see the name because fans arent returning to your events. PWX draws their same 40-50 people and no matter whats said by the smarks they are returning every two weeks. They are retaining fans. UCW is shit but they get the friends and families of the workers so they dont matter in this equation. WVWA kill more then they build. Others I am not familiar with but these ones seem to live on this board more so then others. There are more ways to look at it such as a permanent place they run or if the run in an area and only certain buildings every once in a while. Workers that think they can promote should do it and show the promoters that arent doing it right to them how its done. The promoters that cant promote for their life need to pack it in and let good promotions run.

i think this whole jannety comparison to shawn michaels is a little carried away. no jannety is not as good as shawn, but how many really are? if you watch a jannety shoot interview, especially the last one, he flat out admits that he was basically a fuck up, and screwed up every major opportunity he ever had. if marty never did all of those stupid things, i think that he definetly would have became a much bigger star than he did.

The Godz (Juggulator and Judas Thorn aka Sam Hain) i dont really see either one being jannetty, as both are very good. the one thing that thorn/hane needs to do is pick one name and stick with it, instead of spitting it up between the 2. that way he could be more well known in more places. id say choose hane since he has been in bigger events with that name. i also never heard of them called the godz.

Juggz and Thorn/Hane have several team names.....almost as many as Hane has ring names lol. In RCW I think they are called originally The Godz of Wrestling, then it got shortened to The Godz. Ive seen them called The Murder Junkies mostly.....I am positive Ive seen them called 1 or 2 other tag names I cant think of.

Jimmy Jacobs returns to IWC for Norms farewell, plus all December tix on sale!
One thing the International Wrestling Cartel became known for under the promotion of N~Con is young up-and-coming stars being showcased on IWC live events in front of east coast fans who might otherwise have never seen them. Some of these wrestlers include CM Punk & Colt Cabana in 2001, Delirious & Matt Sydal in 2005, and, in 2003, two young men making waves in the Midwest named Alex Shelley and Jimmy Jacobs!

In August of 2003, Jimmy Jacobs was an 19 year old wrestler from Parts Unknown with 4 years of experience under his belt, a pair of furry boots, and incredible in-ring skills, all of which were gaining him recognition and a cult following across the independent wrestling scene. Jacobs and his arch nemesis Alex Shelley put on several incredible matches which impressed IWC officials and fans alike. Soon after, he found friends and alliances in the forms of Eric Xtasy and Fabulous John McChesney. After some time in IWC, Jacobs evolved. He went from being a Barbaric Berzerker to being one of the more popular wrestlers on the independent scene, and even captured the ROH Tag Team Titles several times. He continued to evolve and revealed his sensitive side, teaming with Tyler Black on MTVs Wrestling Society X TV show as the team Do It For Her. When Jacobs returned to IWC in 2007 to confront Sweet N Sour Larry Sweeney, he was no longer the HUSSing, stomping, berzerker he once was, but an attack by Sweeney brought out that side in him once again, and he donned the furry boots one more time, defeating Sweeney with his signature Contra Code. But a knee injury, surgery, and several months away from wrestling did damage to Jacobs. He returned to wrestling as a darker, angrier Jimmy Jacobs. Say what you will about Shiima & Jimmy, they did their jobs. I want to see the match. I've lost count of the wrestling videos from this board that I couldn't even watch for a minute. UCW, RAW, CWA, CPW, DCW the list goes on and on. Yet when their is entertaining footage that makes an indy look good, I the bane of indy wrestling, The guy thats suppossed to shit on everything is one of the first people to talk about it.

I think it's beyond hilarious that Connors is having a 2 day event to say farewell to himself. He's going to back the card with so many names and the shows are going to run so long that Shiima and Jimmy's hard work will all be for nothing. Anyone remember the IWC Call to Arms event in 2007 where night 2 went nearly SEVEN hours. Yes, you read that right, SEVEN HOURS.

I'll admit I used to work for IWC and anyone who thinks that makes me bitter is taking this wrong. It makes me understand and be able to tell you what's going to happen. Just check out the IWC website where they already have almost a dozen outside names mentioned. The Call to Arms shows will both run between 5 and 7 hours each night and by the time DeMarco/Xion go on at the end of night 2 all of the promos and build up will mean nothing because half the crowd will be gone and the half that remains will be totally exhausted from seeing spot fest after spot fest after spot fest from all the locals trying to steal the show and all of the outside super indy names doing every spot they can think of because they could give two shits about the overall show when they just want their pay day.

Dont let the door hit you in the ass on the way out Norm. Hopefully Chuck and Hentai know what they're getting themselves into.

Hernandez/Rowe is going to be sick but Gargano/DeMarco could be the sleeper of that show. I remember wanting to see it in the first round of the IWC title tournament last year and it got scrapped because of Johnny's injury. Then AIW totally shit the bed on the whole Gargano/DeMarco feud so it will be awesome to finally see it.

I like Eric, but if I was running a promotion and someone told me to choose Idol or Xtasy it would be one of the easiest choices I could ever make. Idol's been carrying Eric ever since they came back to IWC. And Eric Xtasy jumping to PWX isnt really an acquisition to go nuts over. Xtasy, Sensation, Troy Lords....it just seems like all the old guard Pittsburgh guys are going to PWX where the business is treated more as a hobby and less professional. And that's not a knock against any of those guys at all.

I'm on shows pretty frequently with jimmy and i can truthfully say that 99% of demarcos promos are all one take. In fact, if he would just calm himself, slow the fuck down, and do multiple takes his stuff would probably be even better than it already is. sometimes his stuff comes off a bit too manic and over the top and if he'd do multiple takes it would fine tune everything.

I'm not psyched for Rowe/Hernandez at all. Rowe is fucking fantastic against guys on his level or certain super indys but when he works big names it's like he almost always jokes. his matches with low ki and samoa joe were "meh" at best.

Xion/Gregory, Facade/Gory and DeMarco/Gargano are the 3 I'm looking forward to most.

THE IWA PRESENTS THE NIGHT OF CHAMPIONS # 7

The mighty IWA rolled into Chillicothe Ohio last night (11-5-07), and tore down the house with Night of Champions # 7.

The IWA's Night of Champions is an annual event meant to celebrate our history as Ohio's oldest, continual, professional wrestling promotion. A birthday party, if you will. The IWA has been around since 1988.

In the opening contest WILD BULL MILLER and JERRY THE GAITER defended their Tag Team Championships against THE JUDGE and DR. DAVID LANNING. It was more than clear that despite holding the titles with Gaiter, Bull is not a Gaiter fan. Often calling on Gaiter to cheat. But the lovable Gaiter steadfastly refused. In the end Bull gave Gaiter a foreign object to use on Lanning and The Judge. However before Gaiter could put the object to use the ref seen Gaiter with it and promptly disqualified the tag champions. Thus the titles did not change hands.

In a three way Capture The Flag Match for the Cruiserweight belt, PETE NEWS was able to keep his crown when he scurried up the pole to get the flag to defeat SID ANGEL and EVAN DANIELS.

The next match was suposed to be a Number One Contenders match for the tag team titles. However, do to illness, BIG COUNTRY CHRIS HICKOCK was unable to appear and his regular tag partner, ROK WYLER, instead teamed with MATT AWESOME. The two put in a losing effort against the team of ADRENALIN - X, RELENTLESS RON MATHIS and DEVIN MAXIMUS. After the match Rok Wyler viciously attacked Awesome for losing the match for his team.

The next title contest was a Three Way Dace for the United States Championship. Champion CHAD CRUISE was able to hold off RICK RAMSEY and M. E. HOWERTON and retain his laurels after scoring a pin on Howerton.

Seeing double duty was MATT AWESOME, who squared off against DERIK FLYNT. This time Awesome's luck was a little better than in his earlyer tag match and he was able to score a pin fall victory.

The main event featured The black superman - ONYX, defending his IWA Hvwt. Title against the number one contender - CRANIAL DAMAGE CHRIS CRUIT. WWE Hall of Fammer, GREG VALENTINE was supposed to be the special enforcer ref in the contest however Valentine was not able to make his agreed upon appearance. This led to UFC fighter and current Ultimate Fighter TV star, WES SIMS, agreed to officiate the match. At one point the match still got out of hand when Cruit's RIOT SQUAD partner, BULL MILLER, interfered, breaking up a Onyx pin attempt. As ref Sims was trying to get Miller out of the ring Cruit hit Sims from behind with a steele chair. Unfortunately by the time Sims was able to get his composure Onyx had gotten the chair away from Cruit and Sims thought Onyx had clobbered him. As Onyx and Sims argued Cruit was able to get Onyx from behind and scored the pin on Onyx after an extremely fast Wes Sims three count. Cruit thought he had won the title when head referee BUD HATTERY hit the ring, overruled Sims fast count and restarted the match. Ultimately Onyx was able to score a pin fall and retain his title in this highly controversial match.

The IWA would like to thank all our Superstars, all those who work so hard behind the scenes, as well as all our fans for supporting us. Night of Champions # 7 was truly a great event.

There is suposed to be a picture of this creep on one of the police web sites. I for one dont want to be on a show with a sex perv. Im not trying to start trouble but this isnt good for any of us. I don't know his real name so I can't validate this.

For one thing, In my experance the police aren't very sympathetic to those kind of people. If what you claim is true and your really so concerned about protecting the business, why don't you just do something to stop the guy from going to shows. As long as your not a complete moron about it the cops won't touch you.

To the IWM: Do you understand that these are people's lives that could be ruined? Have you seen any proof of these claimes? I thought you had a rule about this kind of thing.

It was sarcastic about removing it for the non sharing of the link exchange. I have seen it many times and it is usually removed if it goes from being a professional post to a personal jab toward him. I have personally seen it read it and placed it here in the past. I have children and his action disgust me. Everyone deserves a second chance I agree but not when it comes to an issue such as being a pedophile. They get no second chance in my opinion nor many others. Its disgusting to call this asshole a man when he was convicted for it. Not accused and found innocent. If that was the case then yes do not allow it to tarnish him. If it had been my child, your child, or any number of workers children would they continue to associate with him? Yes, it is a well known fact that there are a couple guys on the indies that are included on the sex offenders list. I have spoken with both of the gentleman mentioned about what they did or did not do. Neither of them has said or done anything inappropriate around me; therefore, I have no problems with either gentleman. Well other than the fact that Blaze can be annoying at times, but that doesn't have anything to do with this topic. LOL

Seriously though, there are three sides to every story his, hers, and the truth. We have a judicial system for a reason. Both men have been punished by our judicial system and have paid their debt to society. There is no reason why anyone should be banned from running shows or from being involved in wrestling because of a past crime.

I don't care who it is no one should be crucifed for life once they have paid their debt to society. We all make mistakes, some are worse than others, but they are mistakes none the less. Just because a person committed a sex crime does not mean that they will co it again. How is a person convicted a crime supposed to live a normal life if society won't allow him or her to do so?

For the record I do not in any way shape or for condone sex crimes. I only saod something because I was mentioned and because I think that even people convicted of crimes have the right to live a normal life with out having past indiscretions thrown up in their faces.

Deven shut up. I dont know specifics on their, or anyone elses releases but do know that sex offenders do not deserve a second chance. Put yourself in the shoes of a parent whos child is abused, in any way shape or form, by an offender and you would be singing a different tune. Then put the shoes on of a parent whos child is abused by a sex offender who has "paid their debt to society" to use your words. Registered pedophiles need to register for a reason. Statistics prove sex offenders are the most likely to re-offend. Thats why they are watched so closely and monitored. You pat them on the back, and hang with them but when shit splatters remember it gets on those closest to the pile.

I want to make it clear that I am not making excuses for anyone. People should be held accountable for their own actions. I am a very cynical bastard and I don't trust anyone. I do however, believe that people can change. Neither of these men have ever given me a reason to believe that they would touch a child. I don't know exact details from either of the two and I have never seen court transcripts but until the give me a reason to think that they would do it both of them are fine in my book.

As a parent of a beautiful little girl I am fully aware that there is going to be a day when there will be people looking at her and fantasizing. If someone was to touch her now while she is 7 yes, heads would roll. When she is older though, that is a different story. I'm not stupid, someday my daughter will suck a dick and be fucked, that is reality. Not something that I am looking forward to and I can only hope that I am doing my job as a parent and she will wait until she is an adult, but that doesn't change the fact that someday she is going to do it.

Drunk driving is not an exact crime; however, drunk driving endangers more peoples lives. Statistically convicted drunk drivers are more likly to drink and drive again that a sex offender is to commit another sex crime. In fact in some states drunk drivers by law must have special licsense plates on their cars to warn other people. So in the eyes of certain state's laws they are just as heavily monitored as sex offenders.

Either way, my main point is that neither of these men have given me a rason to believe that they would commit a sex crime. Hell, without seeing transcripts for all any of us know they could have been wrongly convicted. We don't know the facts and can only speculate.

I don't have any heat toward either person. If you want to crucify the sex offender you should also crucify the parents that don't watch out for their children. I am a parent. That's why I am damn particular of who watches my child. To add to my point, take a drunk driver for instance. This world is a fucked up place to live in and there are people everywhere that are convicted of one crime or another. I don't leave my child with anyone that I don't trust, so no I don't worry about who she is with because I know who she is with 24 hours a day. Unless you have researched each individual case all that any of us can do is state opinion on weather or not those two are safe and in my experiance they are. There is a thread mention farther down the page about Jake Roberts coming on to underage women. No one seems to care about that. The sad part is, Jake will tell you stories about having sex with underage girls. Ask him about going over seas and what the average age of the hookers he picked up was. Most were under 13. Jack Blaze is a convicted pedophile. He didnt accidentally have sex with an underage girl he was dating and then he became of age. He had child pornography on his computer. Tried to solicit it to another. He knowingly done wrong and paid the price. Was found guilty served time in an institution and is on a national registry. I've made my opinion of the man.

Fair enough, that isn't he story I got. One question though, if he was dating the girl and he was over 18 and she was underage where were her parents? They must have known that their minor daughter was dating someone over the age of 21. How old was the girl? It still isn't right, but it is just as much the parents fault for letting an underage girl date an adult.

I think you misunderstood the post Deven. I think the person was stating that Blaze didnt accidentally commit the crime like sex with a g/f who was under age he knowingly had child porn. A friend of mine was dating a 15 year old girl when he was 17 he turned 18 and before she turned 16 she cried to mommy and daddy when they broke up and they pursued things. He was charged with gross sexual imposition and also registers. Completely different type of charge then what Blaze was convicted of.

An interesting read I would suppose for this thread. There is a lot more to some of the countries and states though, like in Rhode Island for example, indoor prostitution is still legal and it is legal for 14 y.o. to strip there too. Some of the Middle Eastern countries are probably worse though, all you need to be is married, so some bad things could probably happen.

I can see how I could have misread and/or misunderstood that post, after rereading it I definatly see your point. The age of consent truly is an interesting read. There was a point in time when you were expected to be married and have children before 16 years of age. God designed the human body to start reproducing in our teenage years, hence puberty.

Either way, if this has come across as me taking sides I would like to appologize for that. I was merely stating that both of them have treated me fairly and I see no reason to crucify anyone for life because of mistakes. I was also trying to say that none of us know what truly did or did not happen in either case. There are thousands of people tried and convicted of things that they did not do. I'm not saying that is the case with either of these men, but unless you know for a 100% fact or if you have been recently been given a factual reason that a crime could be committed don't automatically assume that these two or anyone else is going to touch a child.

Thousands of people have been tried and convicted of crimes they have not committed. That statement is so true Deven. We are hearing all the time about this type of incarceration. Many states have over turned cases and even provide a substantial amount of money to the wrongly committed individuals. Some in upwards of 20 million dollars. Money cant repair 1 year let alone 5 10 20 or more. So yes we shouldn't judge people that may have been found guilty of a crime they did not commit.

most of the guys in that company are marks and want to run it in the ground just like most of them do.i dont see the hard works doing any thing for free unless it is for charity.but this guy josh think all the guys should wrestle for free. i want to know how many of the guys on here would work for free and how many have the heart for the wrestling business please let me know.

No website as of yet. Yes, I have heard a fed ran here for a good bit of time, but was told to leave? Not sure, don't really care but APW is coming soon. Flyers, commercials will be on TV in the month of January 2010 MTV, Spike TV, USA, TV 10.

We are a new federation put together by Chris Hughes from Pittsburgh. Not a wrestler, a Booker. A business and a small business in Altoona is helping make this happen and backing us up with money.

We will have several stars including Blue Meanie, Nova, Jason from ECW, also have contacted Sunny from ECW/WCW/WWE, Brutis Beefcake (if he can work because of possibly heading to TNA), Nasty Boys, Sabu, and we are trying to get more indy stars but need there contacts.
