strings . This is like that very poor Lancaster message board where you can not see all the strings . Could the forum administrater please adjust ?

A picture from last season when the mighty Bishops came from 4 nil down at half time to draw 4 all in Runcorn's first match in their super stadium . ( There was nearly a thousand in then , I wonder what it looks like this season with only 250 in ? )

Strings

September 18 2001, 9:18 AM

I think most people prefer this format as you can see all postings at once without having to click on every message in the string. I am open to suggestions though and if more people would prefer the stringy look then it can be changed.

Is it true that only one stand is opened at Runcorn on match days?

Regards,

Rob

As empty as the photo

I cant beleive Runcorn would leave Canal St...ok I know it wasnt the worlds finest stadium but it was a classic non-league ground...all they've got now is a souless super-stadium where the voices of the faithfull echo round...when will club administrators and the Unibond realise you just cant magic up support with aname change (Runcorn FC Halton, I ask you) and ground move...Emley havent increased their fan base much either...and they wont...one good thing the Spartans finally got a win at Runcorn...I guess that the removal of the famous slope at Canal St will give visiting clubs a huge boost...I cant see much future for Runcorn at present and I think that sadly they will lose far more support than they'll gain...

Yes they do only have one stand open. I have been with Droylsden this season, great hot dogs but could be doing with some ball boys though!!
