I will now list all the details I can think of about Pritch's testimonial on May 5th at Wincham Park. Brian is our Stalwart central defender who has served the club for 7 seasons, and was the clubs commercial manager for over 2 years.

Many events on the day such as a Junior Girls manager vs Junior boys managers match ko 12noon
There will also be entertainment from the Junior girls at half time.

Prior to kick off and at half time there will be entertainment from a local junior dance group.

The bar will be opening at 12noon, and will be open all day until everyone goes home!

Turnstiles will open at 1pm, although you will be able to gain access to the ground earlier should you wish to, and will be issued with a pass ticket as proof of payment.

The museum will be officially opened by big names from the history of Witton Albion FC at around 2pm

The main event, the game The Wembley squad vs Pritch XI will ko at 3pm. This so far has at least 30 players taking part.

Also in attendance on the day will be over 150 invited guests from Witton's Past including past managers players, kit men etc. Bound to be someone there you would like to have a chat with!

Both tea bars will be open from around 1pm serving hot and cold refreshments as per matchdays.

As well as the exhibition centre to be viewed the club shop will be open all day as well so you can get those souvenirs, including Witton at Wembley videos at £13.

Witton Willy will be popping out as well!

There will also be a kids corner with a FREE Bouncy castle, and FREE face painting. This will be situated at the Lostock end of the ground.

For Fundraising on the day there will be the usual golden goal on sale, as well as a raffle for a signed testimonial shirt, amongst other fabulous prizes.

A tombola will also be run on the day, probably at the Wincham end of the ground

There will be a testimonial souvenir Programme which will be on sale, price still to be decided, (may seem obvious but will be a professionally printed one, not photocopies!) Sponsorship is still availible to anyone who is interested, also fans are able to put their quote for Pritch in for £10 a time although deadlines have to be met soon so anyone who is interested, please e-mail myself or contact Jimmy Powell ASAP.

Price for Admission is £5 adults, with Under 14's gaining free entrance. There is no concessional price. There will be no family gate on the day, and everyone will be requested to use the turnstile at the Wincham end of the ground. All 4 turnstiles will be open from 1pm.

This promises to be a massive day in the history of the club, should also prove a good fundraiser for the club, & also give Brian the praise he deserves.

In the 2 weeks leading up to the event,(yes it's only 2 weeks away now) we will be trying to publicise it as much as possible. These details will be spread around local web sites, and it should featured in the local papers shortly. There are posters in many places around town etc. So hopefully people will be well aware of the day and it's events.
If anyone requires anymore information, post on this board, or e-mail me ASAP and we will do our best to answer your questions.

Thank you for your time.
See you all May 5th.
