ANYONE AT THE GAME LAST NIGHT?
THAT MUST BE THE WORST STANDARD OF REFFING I HAVE EVER SEEN AT A GAME AT ANY LEVEL?IT WASN`T AS IF MR LAWSON WAS INCONSISTENT TO BOTH SIDES, HE WAS SO BLATANTLT ANTI PARK AVENUE IT WAS CORRUPT.
THIS HAS HAPPENED ALL SEASON RIGHT BACK SINCE AUGUST AT WHITBY. THERE WERE 2 BLATANT, STONEWALL PENALTIES IN THE FIRST HALF NOT GIVEN.
SERIOUSLY, SOMETHING HAS TO BE DONE, ALL WE ARE ASKING FOR IS A LEVEL PLAYING FIELD AND A SPORTING CHANCE.
LAST NIGHT IT WAS OBVIOUS THAT WE WERE PLAYING AGAINST 13 MEN (INCLUDING THE REF AND AN INEPT LINESMAN).
ITS THE FIRST TIME I`VE BEEN TO THE CROWN GROUND AT ACCRINGTON AND I WAS VERY IMPRESSED, A FIRST CLASS STAND, PASSIONATE VOCAL SUPPORT (PITY ABOUT THE NONCE OF A P.A ANNOUNCER).
Well you think you had a raw deal! at your hole the REF was from round the corner and he made some shocking gaffs. we were the best team on both nights so it was right that we won. And our P.A. chap has some life about him unlike your bland (i work in a railway station bloke)

it is amazing how different fans have a different perspective of the referee. bpa feel the ref favoured accy whilst some would argue the reverse was true. ok the first incident may have been in the box but did the accy player get a nick on the ball, if not why did it end up by the corner flag. the report on bpa website said the accy pen incident was too far away from them to comment yet berates the player for diving, it was a nailed on pen and the ref knew it or he would have sent him for diving(he had already been booked). the complaints about the accy centre half pulling a bpa player back late on (send him off) were ludicrious as in 3 instances before he was pushed in the back first with possession going to bpa. for the majority of the night most of the 50/50 decisions went to bpa. whilst the accy bench complained to the REF the bpa bench complained to JOHN does tommo know him well. some of the free kicks he gave were a joke. it seems to me you dont want a level playing field you want to play against 9 like you did in the home leg- you would never have scored from the 2 sending offs and what about the disallowed goal. you had 3 officials from yorkshire and your still not happy, who do you want next time tommo and the guy who shouts "come on avenue now". by the way accy felt robbed in the first leg yet every player and management went into your bar and stayed for an hour.

for the first penalty incident where our player was blatantly fouled on the penalty spot the reason the ref didn`t give a corner is because the nempty gave us a free kick OUTSIDE the box!
To say the 50/50 decisions went avenues way is ludicrous your no 4 should have walked when he grabbed our player near the end of normal time. And the innocuous free kicks that Mr lawson was intent on giving you should really have been taken from where the supposed offence took place and not so faraway from the incident as to qualify for a different postcode.
All in all considering we only had `12` players to choose from I think the avenue were brilliant seeing as we were against the most corrupt ref we have seen this season and thats saying something. By the way do you lot in accy still look up at the sky at planes and point in wonder?
where you at the same game. as i already said the no 4 was pushed in the back first, as had happened previously. i never said it should have been a corner, i said i thought our player got a touch to the ball or do your forwards always play the ball to the corner flag. the ref favoured bpa, why are you calling him mr lawson when your management were calling him john all night. so you didnt get a one or two pens you thought you were entitled do, accy feel the same. you should congratulate your lads for a very good effort(you had 2good chances in the first 10 mins and hit the post late on). on the whole it was a shame that someone had to lose on pens but stop moaning, accy's performance with 9 just about shaded the tie for me, but it has to be said that bpa played a lot better against 11 than against 9, maybe it was just an off night in the first leg, enjoy the summer.
WHAT I WAS TRYING TO GET ACROSS WAS THE TOTALLY FEEBLE PERFORMANCE OF THE REF IN WHAT WAS AN IMPORTANT GAME. WE FEEL CHEATED BECAUSE WE GENUINELEY THOUGHT WE SHOULD HAVE HAD THE TIE WON IN THE FIRST HALF. ACCY ARE A GOOD ORGANISED OUTFIT WHO COULD BE AN OUTSIDE BET FOR PROMOTION NEXT YEAR. I KNOW ALL FANS MOAN ABOUT REFS, BUT LAST TUESDAY`S PERFORMANCE WAS THE ICING ON THE CAKE IN WHAT HAS BEEN FROM OUR POINT OF VIEW A PRETTY ATROCIOUS STANDARD OF OFFICIALDOM FOR THE LAST 8 MONTHS.
