Radio Cumbria tonight reported that Duncan Bayley has announced that if Gretna are accepted into the Scottish Football League for next season by June 22nd (presumably the date of the Unibond jolly up in Blackpool), then Kendal Town will escape relegation to the North West Counties League and retain their place in Unibond Division One.
The Scottish Football League meet tomorrow to decide if they want to accept applications for clubs to take the place of Aidrie.
