Is what i was refering to. I am sure at last year's AGM, it was decided, in line with the Dr Martens and Ryman leauge's, That all clubs must have an 'A' grading before the start of season 2003/2004.
Again trusting to memory. If there are clubs in the first division with the 'A' grading, they will swap places with any club failing to meet the criteria. Subject to all the usual promotion and relegation malarky.
It was for this reason that Emley moved. All clubs were visited twds the end of last year, and given a list of work to be done by 31st Mar, at which time the ground grader's return
It could all be changed at the next AGM of course.!
Like I said, I suspect there will be 44 clubs who meet the criteria for Conference North and South, it just needs the rules to be adjusted as they go along |
