I am just asking the question - is Jody Banim the best stiker in the Unibond League at 24 years of age, and with 38 goals to his name (28 Last season)he really is the one they are all talking about.

no. Everyone is talking about him except football league scouts. If he lost some weight and gained a professional attitude then he could be a good lower league pro.

After watching him in yesterdays game he would do well to play in the Sheffield Sunday League. Overweight, static, impeteuous just to describe him in a few words. Mark Ward looked a far better player and at 21 a far better prospect.

What a player Banim must be overweight,static and has still managed to score 66 goals in two seasons for radcliffe.I can't believe some of those posts! I think if you did a survey of all the managers in the league which striker they would like i think Banim would top most lists! How you can judge a player who has scored so many goals on one game is beyond me!

I would say that Vill Powell (North Ferriby) and Steve Taylor (Matlock) are both better strikers than Jody Banim, judging on what I've seen this season.
