Hi im really not happy, Ive just past my fitness test for next season 3,300 metres. Which i have obtained a gold, U have to do 2,700 metres in 12 mins. I have been a unibond assistant referee for the last three seasons. This guy who failed by 100 yards had an interview last season for unibond refere, which is contribe level. Well no doubt about it he will get an interview next season and i will have no chance getting promotion to unibond referee cause thats how the system usually works, if u get an interview one season u get it again. Im in my young twentys so i have time on my hands, but its so fustrating cause i want to get to the top but i never will do cause people like this failing there fitness test but the fitness cordinaters letting them pass it. Fitness is a main part of football nowerdays and i feel sorry for you fans, cause u should have referees and assistants who are fit anoth, but sopme people are bending the rules. Pluds its really fustraing for me too, cause if this guy failed his test twice cause he probably would then id have a good chance going up.
See its not how fit or how good you are as a referee its who u know. Bang out of order, but ill carry on cause i love my football. But hopefully one day ill move up

fitness test or spelling test

Having read your gripe regarding the referee who didn't manage to pass his fitness test for what ever reason, you should note that the rules are not being bent as this person is allowed 2 attempts at it, so stop being bitter and give your colleague some encouragement instead of thinking of yourself, i mean who knows , you may not be good enough or i would have thought you would have received an invitation to be interviewed by the board.
PS Brush up on your spelling and your grammer as the FA will not tolerate reports littered with the sort of mistakes you sent in your e-mail.

yours sincerely

Spelling and grammar

Gazzaref,

It's grammar, not grammer. Remember to use a full stop instead of a comma at the end of your sentences. Start the next sentence with a capital letter.

;)

Gazza referee, see you not exactly good at spelling either.Yea but they let him pass first time when he was over 100 yds short. If he had passed it second time all good to him, But you got to have fair play. This is a guy who could go on contribe middle next season and not be fit.If he was 42 or something i could understand but hes only 29, as if u fail the test at that age, its well easy

The comma's indicated a brief pause not an end of a sentence, anyway whats wrong with a 42 year old , I'm 43 and I bet I'd give you a run for your money. What league do you officiate on or what part of the country do you live.

theres nothing wrong with a 43 year old person, im just saying u not as fit as someone whos 18 or 20, You know nothing about this guy who failed his fitness test if u did, You would not be debating me over it. Not many people like the guy one of the big suck up in the game as a referee
