Trinity looked solid and were never really tested at the back and never really got into their stride in the first half, the second half was a different matter with some excellent passing leading to the goal by Paul Watts and a lot of good football all round.
Hucknall for their part did try and play it on the deck at times, mainly through the No.2, but the majority of the time the ball was pumped forward to Ricketts who tried to flick it on for Chambers, this tactic was not going to work against a resolute Trinity defence and probably won't work against many in the league.
Trinity are already dizzy at the top of the league and will be getting nosebleeds if this carries on much longer.... Here's hoping.

We were TRYING to play football

I think one of the Hucknall problems was we WERE trying to play a bit of football. But it takes a while to change a style of play. I'm sure it was played a bit a longer, the score would have been closer as goals were given away by poor passing.

I've always found Hucknall as a bit of a physical side not particularly a footballing side.
