What's gone wrong at Stanley, Rob? I seriously thought Johnny Coleman and his troops would be a half decent bet as outsiders for the championship, especially as we at Ashton have first hand experience of half your playing squad!
Coleman did well at Ashton but things went very stale in his second season, even though we finished third (as usual) and he ended up getting the sack, a kneejerk reaction from the board methinks. Has it gone stale at Hyndburn's finest or is it just a blip at the start of the season?

I think I mentioned further down the forum that no Stanley defeats are to be discussed on here, especially after humiliating hammerings in North Wales. We were terrible last night!

I honestly can't see what is going wrong, we have the players and the will to win, but it just isn't happening on the pitch. The two games we won over the bank holiday weekend were a joy to watch, we played good football and the way the team worked together was awesome!

Sadly we have not played like that since and now I fear that unless we can turn things around within a couple of games then we are resigned to a mid table place. A team with Championship aspirations can not afford to lose 4 of their first 6 games.
