I don't know how accurate the article is because it also says that Uncle Bob, "made the Belfast Giants the most successful club in Superleague history".

I guess everyone will have their own opinion on that statement, personally I can think of at least two more successful clubs!

i guess it depends how u define success, if u r talking financial success then they where allegedly one of only 2 clubs last yr who made money, as for on ice success aint too bad a league champions win after only 2 yrs!!

the number of trophies in the trophy cabinet. On that front, we have no equals .

..it was said during all the problems we had when the eye group tried to take over the Steelers that owners could not have an interest in two clubs? I may be getting this wrong but surely it's a conflict of interests anyway??!!

I think the key word it "majority" - i.e you can't own more than 50% of two clubs. Minority holdings are fine.
