Penalty shot

Having been to London Tues night regarding the penalty shot i think the only reason Boniface didnt give the ps was because Warren Norris was not actually in full control of the puck.The puck was actually Bobbling about and chucky was at full stretch trying to control it also he was not in the process of actually shooting the puck.If anyone saw it differently pleaes reply

I had a clear view of it and I saw pretty much what you saw. He was starting to lose control slightly before the Knights player pulled him down so it was open to interpretation whether he would have got a clear shot or not. I did yell hopefully at boniface though just in case he changed his mind We really should have scored in OT....
