RETURN TO THE FULL LIST OF POSTINGS   Arshile Gorky's birthplace February 11 2005 at 4:18 PM   All biographer's of the painter Arshile Gorky agree that he was born in the village of Khorkom on Lake Van at the mouth of the Khoshab river.
