ARMENIAN HISTORY MUSEUM HAS ABOUT HALF MILLION EXPOSITIONS

Armenian History Museum has about half million expositions. This year
the number increased by another 2 thousands.
Director of the Museum Anelka Grigoryan told Armenpress that exhibition
dedicated to the culture of Jugha "Hellenistic period" and another
one dedicated to the 20th anniversary of RA independence are planned
for this year.
The number of the visitors of the museum has significantly increased
as compared with the previous years. About 18 793 people have already
visited the museum this year. Students, tourists and people who are
simply interested in the new expositions of the museum are among
the visitors.
This year the Museum has already organized exhibitions titled
"Urartu", "Museum night" "Written memories on the occasion of the
Museum Night" as well as exhibitions devoted to the Armenian Genocide
anniversary. Within the frameworks of "Museum night" 1300 people
visited the museum.
