      Thank you very much for your reply, I am very sorry for not responding sooner, thought my orginal message was never going to get a response. Nice to know about the Molokans in the area, too bad they could not have had a little more patience and perhaps made their lives in Turkey. I belive they would have been much better off being around Muslims than having to again endure the instability of Russia when some of the Molokans went to the Soviet Union. My grandparents came to America in 1907 and very nearly returned to Turkey. I'm glad they choose to stay, and give their grandchildren the chance to live in this great country. We still hold our Molokan heritage, dress, language and dietary laws concerning clean and unclean meats. We live in the mountains of Oregon and enjoy our lives here very much. If you can give me your email address perhaps we can begin to corrrespond on a regular basis and begin to know about each other's countries.
