Had the pleasure of staying over 14 Oct with my mate Gaz whilst doing the Coast to Coast. What a place, a gem which we stumble over very rarely during brief stay on this planet. Would like to personally thank Paul the barman who anticipated our needs before we did & couldn`t believe we were still standing after 12 pints, Jason the chef, who judging by the amount of food being turned out must work his socks off & for the welcome meal he produced for us which was faultless & finally to Zack who produced a packed meal which kept us going on the last leg of one gruelling march. The only sad thing is that we had to be away before breakfast, but will come back for that later. Take care & keep that little part of Yorkshire one of the best.
