Is there any chance of getting chicken and pork parmesans on the menu??? I think they would prove popular, a lot of other places have them now and everyone I know loves a massive parmo!

Yes, we used to do them a couple of years ago and couldn't keep up with the demand. I'll try and get them back on the menu.
