Once again we have enjoyed a fantastic time at the Lion Inn; we stayed over in rooms 8 & 9.
The rooms were very comfortable and clean, the food as usual was perfect and we felt so relaxed after our walk up from Castleton and after the gut-busting breakfast on Monday morning I was glad that it was only a 7 mile downhill stroll back to Castleton.
We will visit again soon, perhaps even to stop over again. Please pass on our thanks to your friendly and efficient staff for making our time there very enjoyable.
