My husband, Len and myself emmigrated to Perth in Western Australia three and a half years ago. My parents live near Kirkbymoorside and when visiting them we would often go to The Lion Inn. On a trip to the UK in Feb 2006 one of our first ports of call was, you guessed it, The Lion Inn. We enjoyed some real ale and wonderful pub food, neither of which you can get in Australia. We will look forward to our next visit.
