Hi. My family are planning a 75th birthday celebration for my mam, possibly May 2nd and 3rd. I was wondering, before booking rooms, are there any functions happening at that time, e.g. music festival, club functions, etc.? I can't wait to return! I was lucky enough to camp for the weekend 5 years ago, when I was on holiday in England and we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves - the ale and the meals were fabulous, as were the walks on the lovely moors! We took my sisters' caravan - it's sooo sad about the campsite closure, but shame on those responsible for it!
