Cosy and Warm with roaring fires in the bars fireplaces. Controlable radiators in the rooms.
Amazing food in huge portions. I ordered lamb in red wine sauce and got 5 huge chops - delicious.
Great selection of ales and Guinness.
Great rooms, really so clean I mean spotless and comfortable.
We would go back tomorrow and highly recommend The Lion.
