I have a AMD Athlon XP 1800 processor and ECS MotherBoard (which is socket A) I installed everything and i got the fan running and i get no picture from my monitor. could it be that i have a bad video card or should i install a pci video card first then my graphics card. I need help with this anyone out there that can help is really appreicated.
