i built a pc using:
P4 2.4GHz,
gigabyte simlh
maxtor 80Gb
samsung cd-rw 52x24x52
i reused a 5yr old A: drive, and a 5 yr old creative cd-rom drive, both connected to the motherboard using cables supplies with the motherboard.
when i tried to copy things from the floppy disk, it took me about 10 mins!
definitely someting is wrong. it cant be that slow.
what could be the prob?
