Easy

You have got one of the two options to sort out your PC:

1, Graphics Card. Check that it is in the AGP slot properly and make sure it fits firmly and if you can update the drivers via manual Booting?!

2, Monitor - Your Power supply might not be giving it enough upmh! You can check all your cables to make sure they are a firm fit. If you think not enough power is going in check your Monitor manual it should say what it needs. Then check your power supply unit to make sure it is providing enough upmh! I had the same problem with my TFT screen when I built my PC.

Hopefully should be ok,

P.S Are thier any BIOS Beeps?!?

I totally agree with "Jon's" words above, but if that don't sort it.I'd look towards checking the memory next.

IF THAT DONT WORK TRY REBOOTING INTO SAFE MODE

IE RESET HOLD DOWN CTRL UNTIL MENU APPEARS CHOOSE No3 SAFE MODE YOU SHOULD GET INTO O/S THERE. NOW TURN YOUR RESOLUTOIN DOWN TO 1024 x 768 AND REBOOT.
