hi all, first post for me.

i want to build a high performance system, athlon64 4000+, AsusA8N deluxe, etc etc... but what i really want to ask is, having found some components cheaper in US based sites, will i be able to use them here in the uk?

the only prob i can think of would be with the power supply and posssibly DVD drives, so could i potentially get a british psu and hook it up to US based mobo, cpu etc???

If you buy stuff from the states, you will have to pay duty as it comes into this country. This will mean that you lose any savings you have made. Best to just buy in the UK I think.
