After looking over the recent changes I think the league has made some very good decisions. The Okanagan teams will be able to see their valley rivals more often, won't have to do the long haul north as many times, will find the slightly shorter season easier on the players, save some money on game sticks, have all the teams in the league visit the SOEC. The showcase will be great for valley fans if its held at the SOEC or even Wesbild or Royal Lepage. The questions that are still under consideration are the roster size (and composition) and the playoff format. The governor's will probably give in to their coaches and increase the roster size, the question is 22 or 23. It will be interresting to hear the various ideas on the Interior playoffs. Dr Wray is not in favour of byes, but if his team plays the same next year it won't be a problem for the snakes. I would like to see a short 4th vs 5th series in the interior followed by 1 vs winner of 4/5 and 2 vs 3.
