the senior team is selected on who you know not what you can do. now this has found its way in the selection of the juinor team as well ,it is a very serious matter,that no one is even paying any attention to ,this will come back to hurt canadian cricket .as when the present senior team has to replace most of its players in2years time they will be no one with any talent avaiable ,as the selectors have not given the talented youths the opportunity to develop as they continue to pick only their sons or their friends kids
