In addition...
I have known from senior players in Edmonton that they have played against Ontario in Toronto region itself, and beat them convincingly. Now if you say ALberta have no comparable talent...I think you're well off the track.
We have invited Ontario and Qubec for Under 25 tournamnet to compete against Westerners....I hope they accept the invitation and will give a chance to test the water.
