Just few days back somebody posted a message saying don't blame coaches when players do not perform.Sir I think big teams like W.Indies, India, Pak,SA should take your advice seriously becase they spend very good money to have best coaches. They appoint coaches of term basis so that they can reveiw his performace before giving him the next term. But here in Canada where cricket if just begining to grow we have coach like Franklyn, who know what ever happen to team he is not answerable,therefore why should he bother about teams performance and if he say he was nothappy about the teams selection,he should have not taken this job he should have resign.
Sir coach is like a commander who does not fight in feild but commande his troops from outside and by commanding from outside does not mean you yell at every ball/over, this is no coaching. These days the role of coach has become so important ask any current cricketer they will tell you importance of coach.
Generally people here have seen these local club games and they think international games are also played in same way. Please don't campare your local league games with world cup. In may local league games Franklyn make young U22 Player sit outside and he himself is playing the match. When coaches of the other team are doing their homework for next game, like trying to find out good/bad points about other team,studing the nature of wicket, franklyn is busy having beer with few of the other parnets who are there. You can judge his ability from here that he prefer to play Adam over Simon and abid.

before it is to late.
