Canada does not have the talent pool to be selecting seamers or spinners depending on the wickets. They should pick their best possible bowlers regardless of what they bowl.

Sandher has been successful for Canada on many occations, but he is still forced to prove himself to the management every tour. It probably stems from the fact that he is not seen each week like the T&D players are. T&D players get more opportunities to prove themselves because they are always being seen by the selectors and CCA management.
