I happened to visit our local Democrat (http://dickensondems.com) and Republican party (http://www.gop.dickensonctyva.net) web sites this afternoon and came across the following announcement on the Republican web site:

If you have a chance, go check them out and ask the candidates about their vision for our future and why they deserve your vote.


PS - Unfortunately, with lack of advance notice, I'll be out of town. Were these events advertised anywhere else? I didn't notice it in the Dickenson Star nor did I see it posted on any of the local forums. Did I miss something? I know there are several members of that party who post on the forums.
