he is supposedly on house arrest but I've saw him at White Ridge Store a couple of times on the weekends (no dr or lawyer appt I'm sure). He hasn't had his preliminary hearing or anything yet. I think it's a damn shame how things like this get dragged out. I'm sure it's very stressful for the victim, I know she would like to have this over so she can get on with her life.
