Has anyone heard if they are closing? I noticed most of the vehicles have been moved from the lot across from Dollar General.

Turners has been closed sence last Wednesday

they have been so many rumors about turner chevy, the latest is that either Grindstaff out of Elizabethton or Ramey Ford is taking it over, but I dont know if there is any truth to it or not.

Ramey Ford took over and from what has been told and it was told by someone that worked at turners that Ramey got rid of all the workers and are bringing in all new people

Guess I will not buy anything there if this is the case! I guess Clintwood will get my business.

Well Im a Chevy person myself but I think it will be good to have a ford dealer come into this area gives Johnson's a little competition. My hubby is a Ford man through & through so it tickled him when he heard that there might be a ford dealership coming to the area..

Yea, I was thinkin that both of those dealerships deal in Chevys as well as Fords.

Ford pulled out of the county years ago, and I doubt they will be back in our liftime if ever

well it does not matter now ,the reason turners lasted so long is that Larkin knew how to treat people and he was ALWAYS GOOD TO MY AND MY BOYS
and to be honest if grind staff does take over they best get some people from here to sell cars cause the people that they have at the other one really sucks at treating people good
