Here are 2 things you need to think about

1)We don't know that RR created multiple DD214. For all we know since WP has 2 of the supposed RR DD214, he may have edited them, so how is RR responsible for that?

2)You kept mentioning how the law went into affect that punished people for claiming medals they don't deserve. It's not a retroactive crime. Unless there is something showing him claiming them after the law went into place, that can be verified (and not verified by someone with an agenda), then I don't think there is anything going to come of this.

I'd be more afraid the FBI might be trying to find out who published RR's SSN than trying to find anything on him.
