Just what I hear

We are not shutting down, but Larry Deel is no longer with the company as of 11-14-07. Due to Larry quitting you may hear rumors , but we will still be open at normal hours so just ignore any rumors of us shutting down!

No Midway isn't closing, that rumor was started by a former employee.My husband was up there today and he asked Dennis about this, they ARE NOT closing. So you can still get your vehicle serviced there as usual.

Not very good is what I hear.

Midway will do just fine with or without you. Your mad because they let you go. So quit the bad mouthing,and gossiping about the owner, and get over it. Just like the election you had to get over it. Move on and live and let live. Open up your own place if your so good, the people will be waiting in line to get to you. Midway is not going to close up because the great Larry is not there anymore, believe it or not alot of people don't like you working on their vehicles. I'm one of them. So whine somewhere else, or to someone who really cares. Like maybe the man in the moon.

I've known larry for a long time and have been a customer at Midway several times as well. did not support Larry in the election and thought it was quite crazy anyways for him to run. I do know that Larry is an excellent mechanic with many people going to Midway just for him. I am afraid this will hurt Midway, but Larry could do well whereever he goes in the mechanical field.

Midway is a small auto repair shop up Sandlick way.

And that is vehicle repair, he is a GREAT mechanic.

I agree with you. My husband went to the garage and he wasn't there and the skinny man said that he quit last week. We are trying to locate him to get him to work on our vehicles. He is one hell of a mechanic. He may not know alot but he damn well knows his vehicles. He is the only one that has worked on our cars for the past 10-12 years and he is the only one that will. So, until we figure out where he is we will just ride our Buick until we can get him to look at our Blazer. I hope that if he is somewhere working that he will put an ad in the paper and invite all his friends to stop by so they can continue to get the great service that he has given them in the past.

Just post or maybe he will see this message from you. Larry is a good mechanic. I like talking with him as well.

I have no complaints about the mechanical work that Larry has provided to me. He has worked on my car in the past and also he inspected my car for a sticker.

I think some people are very insulting to Larry on this board. A person should not have to suffer attacks from others over the little things he may or may not have done.

Are you mad at Larry or something? It sure sounds like it? I know alot of people say that their vehicle will not go back to Midway. I also heard that Larry quit they didn't just let him go. He did this on his own free will. So therefore he doesn't have anything to whine about.

How do you know that it was started by a former employee? Or is that just a little rumor as well?

Larry Deel, needs to quit wasting his time running for Sheriff, and start running for President of the United States..
