What a great game! Buffalo Gap's Nuckles and the offensive line were MEN tonight as were the Clintwood Green Wave! Nuckles had around 240 yards rushing and you had to see it to believe it. He was tough!!
Clintwood did not quit and they actually had a lead and had their chances to win but Buffalo Gap was the better team tonight. What those young guys faced tonight was a true test of their character and they handled it with the same class as they have shown all year. It was great watching both teams hug and shake hands with each other after the game. Both teams LOADED with class!
Now the parade!! Whoa! Imagine if they had won........Wow! The whole town got behind this team and I was proud to see the smiles on those young mens' faces as they got off the bus and they saw the support that was waiting on them.
