There's always a lot of posts on here about this campground, mostly negetive things, but I really believe those posting the negetive are just wanting to fight and really don't know much about what does or don't go on down there. I have enjoyed camping there for years and so has my family. The host in the front was always very nice to us, and so was the ones in the middle. I camp there most of the summer and the only problem I have encountered is some pretty friendly skunks that love to walk around after dark, and on one ocassion last summer, a really BIG bull (or maybe a cow) wondered down out of the holler and was walking around the sites picking grass. The hosts in the middle area have went above and beyond to introduce themselves and offer to help with anything we need. Also they kept the bathrooms very clean and kept the trash picked up. I will continue to go and take my family, and you all should do the same, it is well worth it. Go take a peek at how full it is on the weekends and especially the 4th of July, the amount of people who camp there regularly should speak for itself.
