Greetings to any of the Haysi High School Graduating Class of 1998 that are on this forum or relatives of the graduates.
I am posting this bulletin in hopes that all of you will reply. Efforts are being made to organize a possible 10 or 15 year reunion, however that would be dependent upon the response received from the majority of the graduating class. This is where all of you here are needed. There are a few organizational questions that need to be asked.
Please answer the following questions and send them back to me via email. Also, if you could contact anyone that you know that graduated with us, that may not be on the internet or do not know about this forum in order to get their responses so that we can get the general majorities feelings about what we should do.
1: Are you interested in a 10 year or 15 year reunion?
2: If a 10 reunion took place this year, would July, August, or September be a better month for you and your families to attend?
3: The budget for a reunion is small, therefore we must come up with a location that will suit this budget.
4: Do you have any preferences as to where you would or would not like to attend the function?
5: Would you like more of a family setting, where your children can also enjoy the reunion and get to know your former classmates or would you prefer something different?
Please get back to me as soon as you can. Once again, if you talk to any of our former classmates, be sure to tell me who you talked with and what their ideas are. I would greatly appreciate everyone's help. I live 8 hours from home and it's very difficult for me alone to organize any efforts for a reunion. Thank you to all that have read this and respond.
