Yates Lady - How many times

April 24 2008, 8:47 AM

How many times does this make her getting caught?? What is it going to take for them to do something about her? I normally would not intentionally say anything negative about anyone, but seriously guys she is truly a menace to society. I know where she lives, and I can gladly say I am thrilled I do not live anywhere close to her!

Interesting

She wasn't driving. Just happen upon the accident. Being a "good citizen" she and whoever she was with stopped to help those involved in the accident out of the vechicle and then helped herself to his medication. When causght she tried to blame someone else. She was asked if she had anything else and supposedly she did hid in a very "private" place, fell and stumbled as the state trooper took her into custody. That's the short verison. The other details makes it interesting though.

Is this who I think you are talking about? Bartlick - last name used to start with an 'F'???

If so, I am like the above poster - HOW does she continue to get out? She has done things that others are still in jail for!

I just feel sorry for her parents and kids! What an embarassment!

ANOTHER CONCERNED CITIZEN

OUR GREAT COUNTY

April 30 2008, 10:28 PM

WHAT I TRULY DO NOT UNDERSTAND IS.... HOW IS SOMEONE ARRESTED ON THURSDAY IN THE DRUG ROUNDUP WITH MULTIPLE FELONY CONVICTIONS.... THEN RELEASED ON BOND THAT SAME DAY. THEN 5 DAYS LATER, ARRESTED AGAIN WITH MORE FELONY CONVICTIONS. AND AGAIN RELEASED ON BOND. AND A SMALL BOND AT THAT!!!

I THOUGHT THAT ONE OF THE CONDITIONS OF BEING OUT ON BOND WAS TO BE ON GOOD BEHAVIOR UNTIL YOUR COURT DATE. AND IF YOU WERE NOT ON GOOD BEHAVIOR AND GOT MORE FELONY CONVICTIONS (ESPECIALLY WITHIN FIVE DAYS) THAT YOU WOULD HAVE TO GO TO JAIL. I DEFINETLY DIDNT THINK THAT YOU WOULD GET ANOTHER BOND!!!

THANKS AGAIN TO OUR FABULOUS COURTS AND MAGISTRATES FOR ALLOWING THIS VERY F***ED UP INDIVIDUAL OUT INTO OUR COMMUNITY AGAIN. I SURE FEEL SAFER WITH HER OUT ON THE STREETS.

I FEEL SO SORRY FOR HER MOM AND DAD.

WHEN ARE WE EVER GOING TO SEE A CHANGE AROUND HERE? YES, THE DRUG ROUND UP IS A GOOD START, BUT IF THE LOCAL MAGISTRATES JUST KEEP THE REVOLVING DOOR GOING, WHAT GOOD DOES IT DO. MAKE THE PILL HEADS STAY IN JAIL. THAT IS WHAT THE FACILITY IS FOR.

SOMEBODY REALLY DROPPED THE BALL ON THIS ONE.

Eyes and Ears

From What I know

I have to agree with you on this I can't see why this no good person is out either after been in the round up and yes her last name started with F and she has a record longer than than the town of Haysi and still out here and as for the person that stated that she tryed to blame someone else well that someone else was in on it to and no they don't have a record yet but sure has the name around here well know as a druggie herself, called in at the sheriffs dept several times that someone has broke into her home and stollen her pills, yea right just report it to try and get more from the doctor shes married sleeps with ever man she can while hubby is away at work, shows anyone her blow ups and much much more to get drugs. Men and Women thats on drugs will do anything to get the drugs no matter what it takes to get them it's a shame and I wished when they arrest these no good for nothing people they would keep them locked up where they belong, why do they bother to arrest and let these no goods out and lets just see how much time she will get for selling drugs around a school zone wonder if it will be close to the amount of time that a guy got for selling at school zone at centenial heights. From what I heard it was like around 70 something years. Time will tell I guess what will happen to these people they rounded up.
