May 26 2008, 10:51 PM

GAL, WHAT IS YOUR REAL NAME? WHERE IS YOUR PROOF THE MONEY DIDNT GO TOWARDS THE 2 CAUSES LAST YEAR?

I THINK YOU CAN CALL ANGELA Y. AND ASK HER IF THE MONEY FROM THE CLINCHCO TOURNAMENT WAS TURNED IN TO HER LAST YEAR FOR THE SPECIAL NEEDS AND YOU CAN ALSO CALL FRANK J. AND ASK HIM ABOUT THE MONEY HE GOT FOR THE KIDS FISHING DAY...

STOP GOING ONTO THESE BOARDS AND WRITING THIS CRAP THAT IS NOT TRUE. ALL YOU KNOW TO DO IS HIDE BEHIND YOUR COMPUTER AND WRITE NEGATIVE THINGS ON HERE. GET A LIFE AND GROW UP "GAL"!!!!!!!!!!!

IF YOU HAVE SOMETHING MORE TO SAY, THERE IS MY EMAIL ADDRESS, 2 PHONE NUMBERS AND 2 NAMES LISTED IN THE MESSAGE, GIVE SOMEONE A CALL OR AN EMAIL!!!!

If you went last year, what is your name?

May 27 2008, 6:34 PM

I was there last year too! and yes i do know for sure 100% that the money did go towards the 2 causes last year. i see that it is a different cause this year. like the post said, if you dont believe them, call and ask but i do believe them because i do know they did turn the money in like they said. im pretty sure one of the players mom/stepmom had turned some of the money in.

but if you have a question, id say for you to email or call the people over it. but you all need to quit getting on these boards and writing bad stuff about these people and these tournaments.

if you dont want to go, thats your decision, dont write stuff on here that is not true for the rest of us to try and believe you.

i think what these players are doing is wonderful, i wish they were more people out there trying to help causes like they have done!

Click In.....

The money from last years softball tournament that was held at Clinchco was hand delivered by A. Taylor to Frank J. for the Kids Fishing Day and was also hand delivered to Mrs. Younce on behalf of the Special Needs. The money that was raised last year went for both causes! As for this year, the money will go towards the Clinchco Ball Field In-Field for repairs!

* Aaron Taylor said that if anyone had any questions regarding anything, call him at 865-4604 and speak with him! *

It is very sad that there are people in this area that want everything handed to them but all they do is sling mud, point fingers, and trash the people in this area that work very hard to provide the little good that is being done in the area!!!! I now understand why there have really been no accomplishments to D.C. because most of you are ungrateful complainers! If you trash talkers could even realize the hard work that goes in to the projects, the kids fishing day, the leagues, all of it you would ashamed of yourselves- if you aren't- I AM ASHAMED FOR YOU!!!! Frank J you do a great job and this resident appreciates that you take time away from your family to do what you do for our community!

I am referring to the people insinuating that the money being raised goes to peoples personal expenses and not to the causes they are supposed to go to.... I see a lot of trash talking on here but I am also somebody that would like to make a positive change around here and have the same lazy, ignorant pieces of trash that complain but never show up to help put on events.....also look around, this area is NOT thriving...It is stuck in the last century while most people just want to collect a check.....You trash talkers haven't you wanted to be more in your life time than a low life that feeds off the generosity of others?!?GMAB!!!!!!!

I'm ashamed

May 29 2008, 11:59 AM

This is the first time that I have been on this forum and it's a dirty shame of the low-lifes that can't find anything better to do than bad mouth people who are trying to help their community. Maybe if the people who were bad mouthing Aaron and Bear would get off their sorry hindends and do a little work then maybe this community would be a better place. Or better yet, they could move and that would make for a better area. I know both of these boys and if I thought they had cheated anybody I would respond to them also. You know what the problem is, is that most who have negative things to say are the ones who want the handouts and anything else they can get. They aren't trying to remedy the problem, they are the problem.

Squash the Problem

May 30 2008, 12:00 PM

The best way to rid yourself of a pest is to squash it...it's best to go to the actual parties involved...such as the kid's fishing day committee and the special needs people and ask them if they received the money before spreading rumors just because so and so said something...that's the problem with people in this area...go get the facts.....but in the same instance if people are holding special events and not giving the money to the parties they say it's going to, then that should be considered fraud and possibly prosecuted.....all people need to be held accountable for what they do and say!!!!! Just being honest......

yes this is true but when you hear this come out one of their mouths that all the money was not turned in because one of them used for other things then this is a big deal. these are wonderful causes and the money should all be turned in as said.
