a guy hanging out in the road the last week or so between the area of Mountain Market and the intersection where it turns out to go across the dam, all hours of the night? I've been told a few people have saw him just standing in the road looking toward houses then running to the woods or the ditch as cars came. If anyone from the area has heard of or seen this person please post any information. Several of my neighbors have seen him but I have not. My dogs have been cutting up the last few nights so it's got me wondering, lol.

the cops need to patrol that area more.

Thats odd.... I will say that I am on Rt 611 everynight coming across Bartlick and up across the dam about 3:30am, every morning and I havent seen anything... I promise you all that if I do see him I will call and report it... Help watch out for you all.

My husband goes through the area right at daylight and right at dark and we haven't seen him yet, but pretty much everyone that lives along the area has seen him. The only description I've heard is blonde hair, they say he don't look too young but not old either so possibly in his 20's or early 30's. We were thinking maybe someone just looking around for something to steal, but the sitting in the road and ditches and stuff is pretty odd.

anybody and I live on tivis ridge. my husband travels to work everyday and he has not seen anybody. maybe the next time you see him you should call the law so they can stay on the look out.

My husband swore he seen something one night that poked it's head out from behind a tree and I laughed at him, but he was serious. He actually turned around and we went back and he shined a spotlight trying to see what it was and we never seen anything. He said it looked like a big person standing there and then went back behind the tree. I told him it was bigfoot but he didn't believe me.

I've not seen him yet either and I live in the area too with my husband traveling back and forth to and from work. I was beginning to think we were the only ones who hadn't seen him because several different people have told us about it.

I was just a little concerned because my dogs were acting up for about 3 nights in a row around 2 am, so I was thinking maybe someone was snooping around the area or something.

Back several months ago, on back in the mountain toward clintwood, several houses right in one area were robbed during the middle of the day while everyone was at work.

It wouldn't really suprise me to see someone sitting in the road messed up out of their minds, it has actually happened to me 2 times, lol.. one was sitting and one was standing, lol. I stopped to ask if the one sitting needed me to call someone or something because I didn't know if maybe he got hit by a car or what, but realized he was out of his head once I stopped. The other one was pretty ovious just wondering around in the road, I drove on by him with the doors locked, lol. I've ran across some pretty wierd things (or people, lol) back here on this road.
