and they told me to give myself up. If I gave myself up now, then tomorrow I will not be able to see my boys--and those children are what I live for.
The ex got involved with a father's rights organization prior to even my leaving without my knowledge and they told him how to dress, how to act in court, every point one could make in order to win the kids. (even how to impress the psychologist for the psychological study one has to have in a contested divorce.)
And he's crazy as a loon! One of the worst things he did was refused my youngest child medical attention when the child had viral pneumonia and as a result the child is now slightly mentally retatrded and will never speak.
Legal Aid was no help at all...and my other sources of pro bono services are overworked and so aren't taking any more cases right now.
